However, I love that the boutique provides a clean room with a tranquil atmosphere and feel. It has a relaxing swimming pool with blue tiles, which nicely emphasizes the idea of calmness and peacefulness
My room was at the very back, and the hallway was reminiscent of the buildings of French architect Le Corbusier. There's also a small but beautiful pool with blue tiles
The best part is that all the staff are cheerful and helpful. Cola in particular was extremely helpful. Other staff members also helped me with things like Angkor Wat tour transportation, which was very reassuring
Villa Agati has been my favorite stay in Siem Reap, after many visits to the city. Clean and comfortable rooms, OUTSTANDING service, and prime location being close to pub street, but just far enough to be quiet
Villa Agati was my home for 5 weeks in Siem Reap. The staff is absolutely amazing. I have extensive world travel experience and the staff is some of the best I’ve ever met. The breakfast was delicious everyday
Breakfast offers French, American, and Asian options, so you won't get bored. In the evening, we enjoyed wine and Cambodian cuisine, which were also delicious. The water dispenser was also a great help

Hotel manager was very helpful and would take every details seriously to provide the best service! Pool is so good and staff is friendly and always smiling! It is only 10 min from the city centre and if you are looking for a place you can chill after a tiring day, it is the place to go! The road in front of the hotel is in progress but it is not a big deal as it is only a few metres work
This is a nice hotel with modern interior design. The owners, three men who themselves are architect, design this with mindful thinking to accommodate families or couples. I love the swimming pool so much
Big nice swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool in the middle of the courtyard. You can enjoy swimming all you want. There's TV, but the one in my room lost the remote control
Lovely staff, lovely hotel and nice rooms! We stayed there for three nights and was always nice to be back to the hotel
Strongly recommend. Friendly staff, affordable price, big and clean room. The best place to chill during your holiday
great place for swimming good bathroom normal beds has no service but still 5 star

Big rooms, nice staff, nice pool, quiet area
Great staff, wonderful room, svimming pool.
Cozy clean hotel. Beautiful pool. Attentive staff. Be sure they give you a new AC room, central AC was not good.
Hotel very noisey at night due to power going out and large generator turned on every night... Buffet break fast very small. Other than that room ok. And pool very nice
Wonderful stay here! Beautiful, clean room, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Maybe we'll be back one day :)

BayStone Resort is a lovely place hidden in the quiet street very nice location , clean swimming pool , beautiful garden, comfortable rooms, helpful staff ❤ BayStone Resort is the best choice in Siem Reap❤
Excellent hotel! Everything works perfectly. They even have a ceiling fan on the balcony, which is great for keeping cool in the evenings. The hotel also has its own pool
I went for a swim and sunbathed once, and I was the only one there that day. The staff are also very attentive to your bikes. I arrived on a scooter and went out for a walk in the evening
At first, I didn't think much of it, but as night fell, I started to wonder who would move it out when I left for Angkor at 5:30 AM to see the sunrise. However, it turned out to be simpler than I thought
I can't say how often this happens since I only stayed for two nights, but I still managed to fall asleep after a busy day, despite the noise. My rating for the hotel is 5+++
In the morning, when I came out, my scooter was already back in the parking lot, and a staff member was sweeping and tidying up the area

They have a clean and cool pool. It is in a calm neighborhood but only a few minutes from the river and downtown. Would stay here again, especially for the price
Great location for exploring Siem Reap. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, water bottles left occasionally, great air conditioning, and a shower by the toilet/wet room style
Hotel that is no longer maintained .... the room was clean! But the rest no more TV, disastrous internet ... and dirty swimming pool ... too bad! The boy who serves the breakfasts which are delicious was very friendly!
We stayed here 4 nights and extended 1 more. The room was clean (and cleaned every day). It is not that big, but the bed is comfortable and there is a fridge. Too bad there aren't plugs on both sides of the bed
The rooms were clean and very spacious. Water heater connected to shower for hot water when required. Staff was courteous and quick check-in and check-out process. Location is very near to aiport CDF bus stop
Water was consistently hot and AC works good. The breakfast is generous with eggs and meats and tropical fruits. They accommodated us for a early to-go breakfast for our sunrosr tour to angkor wat

Last year my daughter and I did 'Christmas in Cambodia' and had the most wonderful week at Residence Wat Damnak! Of course the rooms were very nice, the pool was refreshing every morning and evening, breakfast was fresh and filling but what really sets this place apart is Mr
Stayed in the top floor, outside temperature was 41C, the room was cool since the staff advised to leave the AC on. There is a small elevator for the luggage only, the pool has good water temperature, not hot not cold
We enjoyed our stay here - even extended it. Our small Cambodian style bungalow was comfortable (fridge, aircon, fan, private bathroom). We enjoyed relaxing in between at the pool and small courtyard
The rooms are clean, have aircon and a fan (ours didn't oscillate that's no big deal, aircon was enough) Pool is awesome, and there's 2! Breakfast is great, enjoyed by the pool
The location is excellent - peaceful and also close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. They assisted us with organising tuc tucs, taxis and gave great tips re tours etc
We did book a few through them and it was a breeze and the girls and guys on the desk even helped Taylor a tour to what we wanted to do (which took about half an hour) and were more then happy to help

The garden is a jungle and the pool is clean and inviting especially when the sky is blue and sun is shining. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Happy hour cocktails are two for one $4 and were good
Bring mosquito repellent as many around the pool, outside room and in room!
Although there is still room for improvement, we absolutely loved this hotel. It's great value for money (we went low season - Sept- and got it for £13 a night for a twin room with 1 double bed, balcony and air con)
Very quiet hotel, very well equipped and very clean. Very professional and friendly staff. if you hire you have a shuttle service with pick up at the airport and / or transport to visit the temples. I recommend it.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is to order and was nice although the menu isn't as extensive as most hotels, nescafe coffee which wouldn't satisfy all
It is a little jungle oasis in the middle of a busy city, you could almost believe that you could walk out and you'd be on a desert island

We stayed at the Siem Reap Palace Hotel & Spa and it was a wonderful experience: -Great and friendly staff always keen to go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible -Big, modern and comfortable room -Very nice and fresh breakfast -lovely pool to relax
The BEST thing about the room is that there are separate sleeping room and living room. and a nice couch and a couple of chairs. WARNING: Check your bathroom for towels and toilet paper
The pool was great, the staff were polite and helpful, the beds were super comfy and the room and bathroom spacious. Also the location was good, just a short walk from the Pub Street
The biggest rooms in Siem Reap. Balcony attached to a huge sitting room (though I can admit I didn't use it much) and then a bedroom that had air conditioning. For the price you would never expect to get such a big room
If i come back here i will definitively stay here and more time! The wifi was changed during our stay and it's really good now even for work or some streaming
An added bonus is the All you can eat BBQ right across the street for $5 (when I was there) Offering Seafood, meats and plenty of vegetables

I discovered this accommodation by the website of The French Community in Cambodia and Siem Reap French Forum, on facebook Thank you very much Marc, for facilitating my stay, Pretty house in peace, with a small swimming pool, a room to eat and cook, 20 minutes from the city center, plus the household was done every day, the laundry washed and returned to my room Free bikes, and right in front of the...
I think it is close to a martial arts school, and the dogs bark in the morning when someone get's picked up at 4am for the sunrise at Angkor Wat (yep, I made the dogs bark 3 times for 3 sunrise pick ups, I mean it is the dog's job really and they are doing it good) and sunrise at Angkor Wat is a must do! Also to mention that his wife Sophea runs the adjusted restaurant which was quite nice to have...
If you need a tour guide (I recommend that), just ask for one too! Marc was very helpful with everything really! Marc is a great host, I don't speak french but with a bit creativity we had a whole conversation about Cambodia's recent history which was rather interesting and eye opening
I recommend La Maison du Passant for people looking for a quiet place if I have to come back to work on Siem Reap is at Marc La Maison du Passant I would take an apartment Thank you for everything Marc and good luck do not change
Not to mention Marc's great wine selection :) Bikes are for free, Laundry is charged extra as in many other places where I stayed. Note that power cuts are normal in Siem Reap, and safe energy people, stop using air con!
Very safe and clean place to be! Especially great for volunteers and longer stays. The French Manager Marc is absolutely amazing and takes care of everything. He sorted out all my questions and problems!

The hotel grounds are gorgeous peaceful and relaxing and the pool is blissful. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to all the attractions
Beautiful and large room and everyday we came back from our tour, the room looked so clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the drinks so much
Good location just 10 minute walk from hotel to the pub Street. good breakfast, the room is very big and even the bathroom is more bigger than other hotel. The hotel also provide the complimentary pickup from airport
A peaceful and friendly hotel not far fromCity centre…. Close to Ankor Wat …local drivers are friendly and attentive to customer concerns; room are good and clean; staff are multilingual friendly and attentive…
Large beautifully appointed room, big comfy beds, clean and fresh linen, large bathroom with much appreciated big bathtub plus shower. The balconies are large and have very comfy furniture plus a ceiling fan

Saved the best for last 🙌 the manager Scott, from the minute you're checked in the stress of travelling just melts away, you are in very safe hands and you literally have to mention something you've noticed and before you know it all issues ,(and there are none), beautiful teak wide wooden stairs, balconies filled with the most elegant antique furniture and seeing all the balconies I actually lost...
Small boutique hotel with beautiful rooms, large gorgeous pool in a quiet location, yet just a quick walk to city centre & Pub Street.
Right along the running river , there's rapids near by too A huge amount of markets for the more traditional tourist wanting gift's and seeing the place light up on an evening, so many pretty sweet people that mind their own business and no worries at all the bars near the river because the few bar flies I did experience were mainly in the town and open until day break
2 swimming pools are on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor with a beautiful addition of a huge hot tub. Clean towels and toiletries fresh every day. Ice Chilled glasses for the hot weather
So along with the decor and the 100% outstanding customer service team Scott really has a great rare diamond awaiting to see to your precious needs, whether it be a local map or something more specific or something more specific uouv you will be very much loved and looked after 24hrs and no need to ever ask for anything more than once
What can I say The best hotel ive ever stayed in Scott the manager as gone above and beyond for my family thw rooms are spotless thw swimming Pool is breathtaking but the service is what makes this hotel Thank you very much

We stayed at this boutique hotel for three nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was good size with large bathroom. The pool was good size with the bar close by and attentive staff
The pool was amazing, so big, I had it to myself for a long time and because it’s big it felt even when ppl came along that it was very private. They came while I was laying out, to ask if I wanted drinks or food
Just lovely, from the people on the desk (who found something that had dropped off my clothing and my mother handed it into reception accidentally thinking it was lost by someone else, they searched and got it back to me)
He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, making us feeling special !! I would like to express my gratitude to Ang and all the wonderful staff of this boutique hotel and wish them all the best
I can't express with words how amazing was everything in this Hotel. The service of the reception was more than excellent, they even prepare for us a special gift for our Honeymoon with every detail
Ang Reaksa, front office manager, was super friendly, smiling all the time, trying hard to call everyone by their names, paying individual attention and ensuring that all our needs were met

I hoping to have some type of cambodian food experience, unfortunately we did not. It does have a nice pool to chill down and wind down at the end of the day. The staff was very nice and attentive
You feel like you are staying in a garden with the lush foliage and vast pond. Customer service was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff, especially the waiting staff at the hotel only restaurant
Beautiful hotel boutique ! With a nice swimming pool. Thank you for the service, it was perfect. Hope to come back again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it’s a beautiful hotel, rooms were lovely, services were lovely, location was very convenient and staff super friendly and helpful, breakfasts were great. 100% recommend.
They helped us with late checkout which meant we could leave to spend the morning watching the sunrise over Ankor Wat and stop in to one of the killing fields sites on our last morning
We had a wonderful time is this outstanding hotel. The staff was so friendly and supportive. We really enjoyed our time there.

Spent a week here and loved it . Staff are amazing . Room near the pool was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices . Location good . Can’t wait to visit again on next trip .
The room was spotless and spacious — two bathrooms, a kitchen, and tons of white towels. We truly loved this place with palm and mango trees around. And highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap!
That pool is every bit as extraordinary as it looks, and the rooms are very spacious. The people there are very friendly
Truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature! This place felt like a private villa — tall trees all around, morning birds singing, and total peace. It’s the perfect spot to escape the noise of the city and just relax
If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the shower doesn't hold much hot water. If you fill the bathtub with hot water or leave the shower running, it gets lukewarm, so you have to wait a while
The owner is from Yokohama, so some of the staff speak fluent Japanese. They were able to give me lots of advice on things like currency exchange and food, which was very helpful for my trip

All the staff at Heritage suites from Nith at front desk to Koang at the restaurant and pool bar, and the rest of all the staff, deserve a applause for the level of service and hospitality they provide
The suites are particularly notable for their spaciousness and luxurious amenities, including private outdoor swimming pools, steam rooms, and oversized stone bathtubs
The hotel has a sister company - heritage tours - which was also excellent and arranged a fantastic, dedicated 3 day visit to Angkor Wat temples and Kulem mountain. (We co-designed the itinerary with Heritage Tours
Amazing place! They greeted us and made our stay so special! They pay close attention to every detail. We loved the staff! The breakfasts were delicious. The best! I'll be back! More sun loungers please 🙏
What an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. If you book any other hotel, you will be doing a disservice to yourself. They welcomed me like family at this establishment and made me feel
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel that has a definite retro style. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, and yet at the same time were not intrusive

really great hotel, especially the service. from check in to breakfast to the restaurant staff. everyone was super friendly and very attentative. alway checking to see if everything is okay
Rin, the dining Captain, was amazing and always made sure I was taken care of. One of my favorite things, was the evening snacks they provided in the rooms along with a tale/story (bedtime story)
Everything was exceptional at the hotel from the staff, to breakfast, to the rooms. The hotel sent a driver to pick me up from the airport. Provided me with water for the transport to the hotel
The welcome snack and drink was refreshing and much needed after the long travel. I also received a spa voucher and was able to use it the same day that I checked-in
The pools and water features are on the smaller side, but still really comfortable and peaceful. The staff were super friendly and very attentive
I booked the Apsara dinner and dance show with them and it was amazing!! I am so happy I booked with them and not anywhere else because the experience was personal and intimate

Take one of the pool towels to use as a bath mat as otherwise bathroom is incredibly slippery. We stayed 6 nights, and it was a pleasant and very affordable stay, but nothing amazing
Book with confidence Great value for the price. Sooo clean! Very kind front desk. Great rooftop space for hanging out either under cover or in the sun. Pool and restaurant seating both a great space for down time
Stayed here in 2016 for the very budget price had a nice big room very close to all the action around town. Big pool reasonable buffet breakfast I enjoyed it.
Pros: the room was large , bed comfortable, the roof top pool was beautiful, staff friendly and responsive if asked to do something, filtered water available from reception on request
Room didn't have a ton of natural lighting, but most visitors are out at the temple all day anyway. Tuktuks waiting outside entrance for $2 US around town. ATM at entrance gives both USD & riel
Plastic bottles of water, so not great on the eco part of the survey. I would totally stay here again

The hotel has a delightful pool area open until 10pm where one can relax and swim as the heat of the day cools slightly Breakfast offers western and local options as well as a good selection of fruit and cereals The customer service is excellent with all the staff very attentive
Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Jody and company were nice and helpful. They really cared about there customers. Great breakfast, nice balcony in room and good swimming pool.
Nice hotel with big pool and pool area. Rooms are clean good size bathroom and good shower. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was great good coffee and lot of food options to choose from
An excellent hotel near the centre of Siem Reap (Pub Street). The staff is super friendly highly professional and generally interested in your day or how the breakfast was for example. We booked a one hour massage
