The room are very nice and clean which is perfect for couples and friend I like it so much in here the environment the pool are amazing.

What an absolute gem of a place! For a starter they upgraded room for free on arrival, and to an unbelievable room, honestly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! The garden and pool area is a little paradise spot, with lush greenery everywhere

The staff are lovely and friendly (although to be honest that’s not unusual in the most friendly country be ever been to!!) And to top it off the restaurant Pinakpou is, for the price you pay, genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at…

The owner, Gauthier, was incredibly helpful, offering great advice and solving every little issue with kindness and efficiency. Breakfast also deserves special mention — every request we made was fully satisfied

The location is very good, it is the center of Siem Reap, very convenient to go anywhere just by walking. My room were upgraded to the big one I love it. Everyone working there are so friendly and will to help

I would recommend the restaurant which serves an interesting selection of Cambodian dishes with some interesting ideas for original dishes. The location is very close to the centre of Siem Reap and the river

The place is nice. Although it's not within walking distance to Siem Reap capital, Tuk Tuk ride is easy to find via grab app and is affordable. The breakfast is fine, the area is quiet and staff is helpful and friendly.

Amazing good hotel. I stayed in Tanei Angkor e times. For me, there is no other hotel in Siem Reap. Amenities, staff, cleaning, big room... No one bad thing to say.

Swimming pool is in the middle and give a great look. No lift so if you have elder people traveling with you better request a ground level room. Restaurant close early so if you are coming back late buy some food with you

Lovely small resort with amazing staff. A bit out of town so you need to get tuk tuks to get anywhere but you make this up with the cheaper cost and more space

The hotel is rather old and has that smell of a very ancient building. Small TV, rough towels, bland and boring breakfast for 3 days. Nothing much around the hotel, you'll need a tuktuk ride to go places

There are also other dishes and drinks like juice water tea and coffee. Ahhhh also toast butter and bread. I asked the staff and they help me very helpful. Also give a swim at the swimming pool

The Hotel located not very far from the center and pub street. There is a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel and the restaurant. People on the reception were kind and answered on all my questions

My room was big and it was comfortable. It was a little noisy from the conditioners, which were located on the balcony. Maybe in another room it will be better, but I didn't ask about it. So, most things here were good

Chill at the pool or soak in a bath after a full day of adventures around Siemreap. A bike or tuktuk to the center is about 10 minutes. But Grab or other deliveries can bring delicacies right to your door

A nice resort with villas and a big pool suitable both for children and adults. Birds' songs wake you up in the morning. A nice buffet breakfast gives a good start for the day

The stay was amazing, but there were a bit waiting while arrival and seem confused the room. The room I booked were villa garden, but the hotel recorded the standard room, however, the issue was resolved.

Unfortunately the gym and kids playground were not available (probably due to low tourist season). The staff were always willing to help and no request went without immediate attention

we started the tour at 2pm with small tour sunset it was very nice. so I suggest to all tourisms if come to siem reap don't forget to stay here at the Moon Residence & Spa, they'll do everything to meet your expectations

Amazing service with attention to every detail. Brilliant location near the city center only 10minutes walk to up street. The staff in the lobby were exceptionally friendly.

The rooms are a good size with balconies but spartan. In its day it would have been a typical hotel for the likes of Hercule Poirot and Captain Hastings

We stayed here during Valentines Day as they offered a great deal. For $95 it includes aroma massage for 2 and aside from breakfast a dinner for 2 is also served with 2 menu set to choose from and choice of wine

Nice historical Hotel with a good Stream and Pool

Generally, very nice hotel of classic interior with a hint of vintage entourage in addition to cozy village-like garden where one can find chicken and iguanas. Personnel is helpful and friendly like all Cambodians

Good location between the incredible Angkor Wat and surrounding temples, and also the opposite direction into Bar street and some the lovely restaurants there. Convenience shop very nearby, bank, pharmacy etc

The rooms are clean and fair sized with aircond and wifi. Now I have seen some people complaining but me for a room less than 19 dollar and it is clean and pest free except for a mosquito or two how can I complain

When you walk through the door it's like walking into your own little oasis, away from the busy streets. The garden is beautiful and well thought out with a pool in the middle of it all

Complained about hot water and they did make efforts to resolve. If you book this hotel *make sure you get an upper floor room* - we were on the ground right next to the pool and our room was damp and musty

Room service more like a quick empty bins, make bed, fold bath towel. A/c unit loud and did not perform just circulated sir. Sun lounges are more like chairs than loungers

The pool area is nice and relaxing, and not too busy at any one time, and the rooms themselves are very large, with a walk in shower/wet room. You also get a free bottle of water each every day which is a nice touch

The hotel is located just over the river from the busy pub street etc, so fantastic location for any type of person, and close to lots of restaurants. The plates/bowls/glasses at breakfast aren't restocked fast enough 2

The only minor note was the breakfast, it was fine, but felt a bit lacking in choice, although we did enjoy having eggs cooked for us every morning however we liked outside

The bacon/sausages etc that are stored outside near the egg stand are cold, and should be kept warm. Some milk in the room would be nice 4
