The hotel is small, shaped like a U-shaped structure with a central green space. There's a small swimming pool on the second floor, but the lack of a gym is a minor drawback
This model of hospitality from arrival, rooms, breakfast, minibar, pool and restaurant is absolutely amazing. They have their own Tuk Tuk bad mini Ivan drivers
The TV in the room can be adjusted in multiple angles, allowing for streaming, which is a nice touch. The hotel offers an à la carte breakfast with over a dozen dishes to choose from, and the food is quite good
The rooms are clean and the facilities are up-to-date, a delight for those with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The first load of mini-bar in the room is free, and there's welcome fruit
The female that took me to my room was walking a mile ahead of me. She remained silent as i asked her questions. I like the room and the place is relaxing with a great location
The canal running through Siem Reap is right outside the door, and just a few hundred meters across the bridge leads to the night market and bar street

Coming back to the hotel and being greeted with cold towels and icy drinks made us instantly forget the 39°C heat. I’m so grateful for the high-quality management and the ever-smiling staffs
A special thank you to Try Sokneng at the front desk and the other lovely ladies whose names I didn't catch—we received incredible care and help from our first day until our departure on the fifth day
An absolutely wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, spotless, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service
Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff greeted us by name with genuine smiles
Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water
Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay

One of the best hotels I stayed in in SE Asia. Pool - great size, got heated from the sun during the day, stayed warm but refreshing, poolside cocktail prices really decent
Good hotel tucked away but close to downtown. Nice pool and great breakfast. Can't imagine anyone finding fault with this hotel.
From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team
The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter
We had a great 3-night stay at Saem Siem Reap while touring the temples at Angkor Wat. Service/staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt their hospitality was authentic and welcoming
But that was the only negative thing this week. I would gladly go to this hotel again

This is not the fault of the hotel, but knowing that they've been reduced, the hotel should make a better effort to state all current amenities to avoid disappointment. Still a very nice property at a reasonable price
The resort is excellent, exceeded all expectations and the staff has been awesome! Our point of contact Sophal has been very attentive and helped us with all our concerns
Absolutely amazing exeperience. Great location, great service, great rooms. After 5 days here I felt like home, and I didn’t wanna leave :/
Great hotel, wonderful staff they are polite professional and very helpful. The room we used was superb, the hotel is outstanding. The pool and bar area are first class
I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current
The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of variety and choice, delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent coffee. The cleaning was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the bed was superb

Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable
We have stayed in 5* hotels around the world and this has to be one of the best experiences we have had. Beautiful villas, delicious healthy food, friendly staff and amazing environment
The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways
From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special! The setting, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality of the team made our time in Siem Reap unforgettable
Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools
The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere

Cheap, staff are nice and helpful, room are very large and have nice view, swimming pool also large and so blue
This hotel is clean, quite comfy, has swimming pool, but old, old like 90's room decoration. I had CRT television on my room and my friend's room.
This hotel is one of the best hotels in Cambodia. I stayed with my PhD friend, Nguyễn Huy Cường, in the same room.
Unfortunately, my parents stayed in a sweet that was slightly dirtier - there was mold on the shower curtains. The breakfast here is pretty good too. If there were a but more attention to detail, I'd have given it a 5
To my delight, they had a western style bathroom!
The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. The shower pressure is good and the washroom for my suite was very clean
I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week

They also brought cold towels that were very welcome, coming in from the warm humid clumate. A short form to be filled with name, email address, and phone contact
m with a large king bed, very comfortable mattress and pillows, pristine white sheets, and comforter. The room also smelled freshly done up. The Washroom is extremely clean, with a bathtub, shower, and wash basin
The air-conditioning works perfectly, a grand welcome when you return from Pub Street, that's a few minutes walk just around the corner. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars at walking distance
Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options
It is walking distance from pub street. One building has swimming pool and gym and restaurant. That was the only negative point
This is probably the best hotel for travellers to Siem Reap. When i first booked, being apprehensive, I booked for a night. However, the first impressions were so awesome that i extended the stay

We enjoyed the sense of space after a few days staying in the centre of Siem Reap. We were staying in a family villa with pool and it was great
We enjoyed cycling to breakfast and to the pools, and the kids took kayaks out on the lake too
Wonderful calm and peacefullness with the fully in Wood Blockhouse Made my time of Recovery from West. Greatly mindfull staff and vast selection of Gourmet goods with in a short pleasant stroll along a Lake
It is located a way out of town, but the hotel provide a daily complimentary tuk tuk service so we used that to travel in for dinner which worked well
Thanks to Mrs Mane's stylish comforting style
Compared with the city hotel I stayed in before, the waiter was very shy and only kept the necessary communication. For example, I didn't ask to pour me some water, but asked me to order drinks directly

The hotel also offers a beautiful view, and the swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay
The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant
Excellent stay! The service was outstanding—staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable
We got upgraded to a family room. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey
A nice property, rooms are good, service impeccable, location is convenient. Could have included the breakfast in room tariff, but they don’t charge for drinking water that’s a plus point
The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. If I come to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here

Good soundproofing, nice environment, and not many bugs during the dry season. I have to say their noodles are really good; the other breakfast options weren't great, but it's not a deal-breaker
Staying on the first floor offers a better experience~ though they initially tried to put me on an upper floor, which I caught and pointed out. Always be a bit more vigilant when traveling!
Second time staying at this very good hotel. everything up to standards and never disappoints. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. The hotel has a nice pool and is also very quiet
On my last day, I indulged in a spa treatment before leaving, and it left me feeling refreshed and perfect!
The room is very spacious and bright and bathroom comes with nice amenities including a scrub that smells amazing :)
Our booking comes with buffet for 3 days and also provided us 1 lunch set lunch to use any day within our stay
The room comes with a 15USD massage voucher per person which is perfect after a long day of exploring the temples
Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was very spacious, and the facilities were comprehensive

They have a restaurant, bar, shops, fitness center, pool (with drink service) and spa on site. They also have pool tables and games and a spice garden you can visit
The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in
It was good to stay for 2 nights
Throughout the week they also have classes and events that you can attend - unfortunately we didn’t get to try any
Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off
A hotel that is so low-key that it is almost ignored
Unlike Park Hyatt, which is strongly promoted on the list
Unlike FCC, which has a historical story
Unlike Amansara, which is prohibitively expensive
But the smallest Anantara in the world has completely conquered me with its "small and beautiful"

Metta had great service and I really enjoyed my time there. The pool is really nice, and the covered cabanas/sun loungers are great
Compared to other hotels we have stayed at, the level of attentiveness here was exceptional, from offering drinks by the pool to checking in on guests throughout the day
The rooms felt secluded and peaceful, and the pool area was stunning and very relaxing. The staff truly set this place apart
This made getting into town incredibly easy and stress free, especially since it is only a few minutes away. We would also highly recommend Charanay Coffee just down the road, run by a lovely local lady
The hotel’s location slightly outside the city centre was also a huge plus, as it allowed for a much quieter and more relaxing stay. One of the most thoughtful features was the hotel’s tuk tuk service
Metta Residence and Spa was an absolutely beautiful resort and one of the highlights of our stay in Siem Reap. The property is lush and filled with greenery, creating a calm and private atmosphere

Quite an amazing resort with a lot of usage of concrete all around. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Rooms are great. Happy recommend anytime. Away from hustle bustle however close enough if you wanted to be.
I was looking for a hotel in Siem Reap for my elderly relatives, and honestly, there were so many options it was overwhelming
The hotel is absolutely stunning! The rooms, service and facilities are a highlight! And don’r forget to try the pool.
We were lucky to receive an upgrade and our room was fantastic, huge and clean, with am amazing bathtube and so close to the pool, bar and the gym. The best part of the hotel its the staff
The whole area is so green and beautiful. The only thing is which could have been better is spa pricing which is waaay higher than in a city center. Maybe its better than? But we haven't tried it so I can't tell you
I wanted something within walking distance of Pub Street for convenience, but also worried about noise disturbing their rest. I also preferred to avoid overly trendy hotels popular with a lot of Chinese tourists

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **Hari Residence & Spa**. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest
A special thank you for the gorgeous room upgrade — it truly made my stay even more memorable. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable
This was a wonderful surprise! The service and facilities were excellent. They even prepared breakfast for us outside of regular hours because we had an early pick-up to see the sunrise at Angkor.
Sok Seryrachana, you are the best 💕 extremely nice and helpful!

This was a jungle paradise with 5⭐️service!!! Everyone here treated us like royalty and the ambiance is incredible. The spa was absolute perfect and highly recommend treating yourself to a massage
We were in heaven seeing angkor wat all day and coming back here to the pool and then a massage. Highly recommend staying here. Ypu are close to bustling Siem Reap downtown but just far enough for peace and quiet
If you're looking for a place that offers not just a stay, but an unforgettable experience, look no further. Thank you to everyone at ANJALI by Syphon Hotel for making my stay truly memorable
Lovely hotel with excellent staff. The room was very comfortable, the restaurant was great. The best part is their staff. It is the little things they did which made our stay wonderful
Very very nice hotel in Siem Reap. Hotel design, decoration and furnitures are just great. Service is excellent, very welcoming. The 2nd pool at the very end of the hotel is just amazing

If you get a room overlooking the pool on a higher floor, you can enjoy stunning sunrises. The breakfasts are excellent – delicious and beautifully presented
Also food was amazing and it has a great pool to rest and relax. For sure I would love to visit them in my next trip
My kids never wanted to leave. The pool, hotel, and staff were all incredible
:D
also, food-wise… I miss their late club sandwiches… pretty good to sit by the pool and eat
I had the most incredible stay at Hotel Vellita Siem Reap. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such genuine warmth. The team here are truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met

They helped arrange transfers and temple tours, and even offered a complimentary tuk-tuk ride to the city center. Facilities: The resort has a beautiful garden area and a nice pool to relax by after sightseeing
Amazing! The design of this hotel is incredible and near to the pool. The room is very clean and spacious. The manager Mon is very friendly and helpful💖💖💖 will come back again for the next vacation
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Embassy Angkor Wat Resort, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough
Everyone was incredibly patient and attentive, always willing to help with a smile and making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. You can really feel that this hotel is run with heart, not just as a business
The room itself was excellent — spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Considering the quality of the room, the service, and the overall experience, the value for money is outstanding
A couple of small downsides: the water pressure in the shower was weak (but this is more of an issue with the local water system, not the hotel), and we would have liked more variety at breakfast: especially fresh juices, desserts and different types of tea

Downstairs, there's a pool, restaurant, and bar, with a diverse menu offering many food options. All the staff are incredibly friendly
I couldn't get through on the phone and had a language barrier, so I asked the front desk to call the travel agency for me, and they were very enthusiastic and helpful! My English isn't great, and I needed to use Google Translate to assist with communication, but the staff were never impatient
This hostel is absolutely, incredibly, amazingly great! I've never seen a dormitory room this big and spacious in a hostel before! The upper bunk has steps, not a ladder, which is really fantastic! The bathroom is also quite spacious
Next to the supermarket, there's a coffee shop that accepts Alipay! There are tons of restaurants around, more than you can possibly try, and it's not far from the pub street or the river
I arrived around noon, before the 2 PM check-in time, but they still allowed me to check in directly. Another time, I booked an activity elsewhere, and the driver never showed up
The location is also excellent. Right across the street, there's a supermarket – not just a convenience store, but a proper supermarket, though not huge

Centrally located on a quiet street. My room was well appointed & clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious!!
Very good, attentive service, warm, clean, convenient location, like it
Lunch and dinner bring from a nearby pizzeria. There is a nice pool with sunbeds. You can relax in the hot weather after watching the temples. By the way tuk Tuk can order direct on respec the hotel
Angkor Aurora was an excellent hotel. We had a great stay here and there staff were very friendly and accommodating. During our visit, we needed some help and the staff were willing to assist us in any way they could

It was our second time returning to Navutu for a holiday stay and it was just as good as the first time. The service there is so accommodating and the rooms are extremely big
The breakfast menu is extensive with Asian and western options. The greenery of the hotel’s grounds is a plus, especially in dusty and dry Siem Reap. We will definitely be visiting again
Navutu is absolutely beautiful! The staff are terrific. Breakfasts are excellent and we had a few dinners there as well which were also excellent. My massage and facial were wonderful
Our room had a bath and a long en-suite bathroom and shower and all of the rooms are designed to feel like you are immersed in nature while still enjoying complete privacy
I would definitely bring some small USD notes though for tuk tuks as the hotel doesn’t change it for you at reception
I can’t think of any more superlatives. Highly recommend for any Siem Reap visit
