The service was great especially I want to thank Phearun that was very kind and tried to help The breakfast was very good the hotel is very clean and nice The swimming pool was great in the late afternoon to cool yourself
2 restaurant's and a large pool, spa service that was exceptional and reasonably priced (there was a 30% off special we took advantage of and it ranks on my top 3 massages of all time where I've travelled)
Whenever we visited the resort back from the whole day tour the staff used to greet us with cold wet towels and with a warm smile which pleased us so much. I will recommend this 5 star property to all
The swimming pool was very clean and we loved swimming with our 2 year old kid. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. In all a very nice place to stay in
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. And The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Thanks so much!
Breakfast is always delicious and sets you up for the day. The best pool we have had as it is huge! A short tuk-tuk away from the chaos of the city centre

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Two swimming pools which were unused during the daytime so we took advantage!
Very clean hotel, spacious and courteous staff. They offer buffet style breakfast. Free wifi is average.
Good service, good location and very nice room with private balcony. Pricing is affordable

Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast
Ours, Pi Sey, proved charming, helpful, and gracious. The hotel boasts a nice swimming pool and the spa is great
Having just finished a long trek in Nepal, we were looking for a spot where we could relax, refresh, and also use as a jumping off spot to see the wonderful cultural, religious, and historical sites surrounding Siem Reap
Pisey helped us set up great tours to Angkor Wat and surrounding temples and also to Tonle Sap lake. All were super interesting and we made sure to take lots of breaks to refresh and conserve our energy
Just home from the most amazing 5 nights at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty. We were greeted with a cool refreshing drink and taken round the hotel and then up to our room
Sohim was our guest curator and looked after all our needs, explained how to get the temple pass and then after understanding what we wanted to do arranged all the transfers - it couldn’t have been easier

Cleaning every day, got water refilled for free, beds were great, pillows perfect. Restaurant very nice, excellent food. The location is amazing too, nice and quite but very close to Pub Street and main area
I can not express how elated we were to find this place. It was a wonderful welcome with all of the staff at the front door.   The hospitality at this place outpaces western hospitality 10 fold
We avail the breakfast on our last day which costs 6USD/person which is not bad, considering we picked our mains from their menu, and it also comes with a buffet spread of drinks, fruits, and breads
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower is something to call home about, and the area is serene and well equipped to make any foreigner feel like they’re at a 5 star resort
Khmer House Resort is very clean and comfortable. The location is superb; slightly away from the busier areas so it is quiet and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I had a 12 day stay .. relaxing pools ( I prefer the salt water pool ) Great little restaurant very good food and staff. All staff I encountered were polite and professional… Laundry service also very good.

Breakfast was A la Carte with a variety of western & Cambodian options. The pool was a relief after a day of sightseeing. Special mention to staff member Chambay (?)
After careful research we booked our own hotels and traveled independently. Most of our choices were great. Sadly our first option in Siem Reap let us down. Cockroaches! Thankfully Reasey Boutique Villa was close by
75, wonderful!!! Everything about our week visit was amazing. Even the border crossing, which we were afraid would be stressful, was not unpleasant though it takes a little time to navigate
Great hotel, located centrally to the markets, Pub Street, Old French Quarter & Wat Bo. Plenty of restaurants & shops are located in the area. Stayed in a hotel room rather than a villa
Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and there was a small pool – what more could you want? The location is fantastic, central yet quiet, and just a 15-minute walk to the market
It's the beginning of the day, giving people the most comfortable feeling. The room, reception, and yard are super clean. The service is excellent and welcoming, and every request is promptly resolved

Amenities: The pool area is the highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and a relaxing vibe. The Gym, while functional, is quite small and could use some upgrades
The bed was medium-firm with crisp, clean, sheets, and the towels were satisfactory
The room would also benefit from a full-length mirror nearby the entrance for those quick fit checks. Service: This is where the Aviary truly shines. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were outstanding
Common areas and the lobby are beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a tranquill atmosphere in a busy part of the town. Room & Comfort: The Kingfisher Deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed
What elevates this property to a true 4-star experience is the exceptional service and overall ambiance. Conclusions: The Aviary Hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality
One quick note worth mentioning: the toilet is detached from the main bathroom, so you would need to walk across the room to wash your hands. An unusual layout, but manageable

Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space
But only a short ride costing $1 USD into town Food thought was excellent and drinks reasonably priced. I loved just chilling out by the pool. Looking forward to returning one day
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I had a large comfortable twin room with everything I needed
The hotel manager and all her staff were first class and could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the bustle of central Siem Reap
A stunning hotel in Siem Reap with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, making every stay unforgettable!
Tucked into the historic district yet just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence, it balanced convenience with serenity

Some things I didn't like were the WiFi, it was often very slow; the shower took several minutes to produce any hot water for a shower; and the hotel didn't enforce their own noise/curfew rules about the pool, as for four nights in a row there was one or two families at the pool area having a party until midnight and a couple of times well after
The Hotel was pretty good in terms of comfort, I found the bed to be quite enjoyable to sleep on. They have a very nice pool to relax by and it was refreshing to go for a swim
The hotel was Grand once, but now the rooms are tired, but everything works, has a pool. The staff is very friendly, courteous
I have praised the hotel for its friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. The spa services have also received positive feedback, with visitors appreciating the variety of treatments availabl
The bus stations from different bus companies are along that road. Staff are very tentative and friendly making the check in and out smoothly. The building is clean especially the room is very clean
Service is good but the facilities is old need to uograde. Many power point is not working Helping me to arrange pickup from airport and Angkor wat tuktuk tour for free of charge.

Great hotel, I spent 1 week here, big rooms, nice balcony, very friendly staff, nice restaurant and pool, quiet location only 7min tuk tuk ride from downtown pub street
Best resort in Siem Reap. Silent place best for relax, with a good serving.
Nice and quiet during COVID season. Loved the hot shower.
I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again
A beautiful and spacious room with wonderful staff. I would love to go back and swim in their wonderful pool. We also had a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, they have a great happy hour with an excellent bartender.
It's a really peaceful place, with a lot of different rooms to choose from if you want pool access from your room, a balcony or some privacy

Great stay in Siem Reap! Their staff were friendly all the time even on calls at night to enquire anything. Location was great, walking distance to pub street and many restaurants
Great stay. Only thing i didnt like is that they made me pay for water when it was understood it was fre
Breakfast is nice and they even packed for us when we were rushing to airport at 6am
It's a good hotel for those who prioritize location, but it may not be suitable for those who want quiet. Also, the breakfast, which I was looking forward to, had very few options and was disappointing
The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise outside that continued until the early hours of the morning
The staff's service was so good that I sincerely hope they improve the facilities and food

We stayed at this hotel for four days. We loved it: it was clean, cozy, and quiet. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool after a hot day. The room was very spacious, the bed was soft, and the linens were crisp white
The rooms were very clean spacious with lots of sitting area and work area, the swimming pool was peaceful, quite large and plenty of lounge, chairs and shade if you wanted
Most importantly, the staff's service is truly excellent, especially the young man who escorted us to our room during check-in on December 31st, and he also saw us to the door when we left, even bringing us mosquito coils when there were mosquitoes
First of all, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Siem Reap. It's very peaceful, not far from Pub Street and the market, within 2 kilometers. The hotel environment is fantastic, very chill
From the minute we arrived the staff could not do enough for us so polite so willing to help us in any way they could. The setting is magical, relaxing, and quite comfortable
the dinner we had was delicious and thoughtfully presented as was our daily breakfast plenty full and delicious. And the staff at breakfast was extremely attentive

The pool is fantastic, and the grounds are also very beautiful (but they ruined the experience on the second-to-last day; we didn't want to complain, we didn't want to ruin our nerves)
The sauces were delicious, and the food felt fresh and authentic. There is also a poolside restaurant, where we were even invited by the resort to a 4-course menu. This was a very generous gesture
The location is ideal for excursions – Angkor Wat and the Floating Village are both easily accessible from here. Day tours can be booked directly at the hotel, and the staff is always happy to provide helpful information
We especially enjoyed the local Khmer restaurant “Mae Ly” on the property, which we tried as well. We had fried rice with egg and vegetables, which was so tasty that we ordered it again, plus grilled chicken
Additionally: we initially gave Google a 4, but it's now been downgraded because our review is shown on my wife's page, and everyone else can't see it (Google is very greedy)
The resort is surrounded by nature, very calm and relaxing. The property has a nice size with around 16 villas, which creates a personal atmosphere without mass tourism

These were incredible 4 days!!! The hotel is simply magical, very beautiful, the service is top notch! The food is impeccable, everything is delicious! The relaxation area is also wonderful! The location is 10/10: the river, the French Quarter, and the night market are nearby—everything is within walking distance
For someone who has stayed at numerous hotels in Siem Reap over the last 8 years, this would have to be one of my favourites. The staff are so kind, helpful and always there to help and made my stay so enjoyable
The room was very nice, but there were quite a few mosquitoes. However, I can understand this in Southeast Asia, and the hotel responded quickly to my request and helped us get rid of the mosquitoes
Marveleous hotel! Everything runs fine in the hotel. Room was clean and enough big. Situation is also good at least to me and my wife because we love peace not bars and pubs
We went to Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen Waterfall, and even went on a hot air balloon ride!!! I recommend this place to everyone, it's a real gem in Siem Reap ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

Quiet hotel , clean and good room , staff very helpful, balcony to see the city , you can rent motobike, 5 minutes to old market by motobike.
The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable
The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – you could choose one item from a wide variety of options, and it tasted delicious
Regarding the location, it's a bit outside the city center, but it's easy and inexpensive to get downtown quickly by taxi, which was great

The breakfast was good. The place need more bright lights The place is dim.The lobby where it look like a pool below it's bree mosquito
Everything is fine, but it's close to the pub street and a bit noisy. Also, forgot to put toothbrushes in room
Also, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, and when we asked for a softer pillow, they just brought another one exactly the same. We ended up giving up on that
Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first

Beautifully curated interior in traditional Khmer houses , exquisite garden in peaceful surroundings with birds and tree squirrels adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Fantastic Khmer food lovingly homemade
The pool wasn’t very big but big enough to swim in and very warm. The breakfast gave lots of choice and was very nice. We had lunch and dinner here that too was also very tasty, great food
From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart you know you are staying in a truly special place. The room we stayed in (The Green Room) overlooked the pool and beautiful gardens
A beautifully idyllic place tucked away with the most fabulous, kind and attentive staff. We were pampered each day and enjoyed the delicious food, tropical gardens and pool

Dining area is very relaxing with views of the pool. We had the ground floor room near the pool. The reflective one way windows offer privacy. No hand towels and only 1 short bar above toilet for hanging towels
Lovely hotel based around a small central pool. Lovely room, great staff, nice for a sandwich and beer by the pool. Good location as 10 mins walk from the centre and lots of little shops around for water etc
The hotel's pool was a great way to wind down and cool off (although more recliners would be great - maybe a couple more in the small space?) and the kitchen and bar can prepare meals and cocktails
Our shower was slow to drain and we couldn’t figure out how to work the safe and someone came up immediately. That never happens! Breakfast was nothing special but we enjoyed the small pool
We stayed here for nearly a week, and this place met my family's needs. We got a room that was actually two connected rooms so the kids had their own room. The main room was spacious and the beds comfortable

Largest room ever stayed in! (Deluxe garden room). Lovely pool with a swim up bar. Large restaurant and smaller bar area. Hotel has its own tuk tuk you can book
Wherever you go, just tell the driver what time to come back and he will be back for you. Take care when walking on room floors as can be slippery if wearing socks. And no hot water during the afternoon
We tried the spa (great) and the restaurant for dinner (a couple of times) and were not disappointed. The location works very well too. Overall, we found the hotel as very quiet with an attentive staff
Location: The hotel is very close to the center of Siem Reap. It takes about 10 minutes by tuk-tuk bus. It is also very close to the Angkor Wat Ticket Center and Little Angkor Scenic Area

Room Size: superb Location: superb Within Siem Reap tourist vicinity where we can reach most of the township places by foot. Easy to travel around with tuktuk the local public "cabby"
The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was the safe in the room wasn't working
Very welcoming hotel. Our family room was very large. The hotel is located a few steps from the old market and Pub Street. The pool and solarium are very welcoming and a great place to relax. The staff is delightful.
We called a repairman, who came, looked at it, concluded the battery needed replacing, and said he'd come back tomorrow to fix it! Unfortunately, no one showed up before we checked out
Breakfast is perhaps the weakest point, as there isn't a huge variety of Western foods, but it's still good

Spacious rooms, gorgeous pool and courtyard area and exceptional service. Truly, next level service! We cannot recommend enough
The room is huge, clean, and well-kept, with a comfortable bed and a desk. There are balconies all around and a large terrace off the living room. Bathroom amenities, slippers, and bathrobes are provided
The location is also excellent, right in the center of Siem Reap, which makes everything very easy to visit. Without a doubt, a place we would stay again and highly recommend!
