I may be leaving tomorrow, but I will come home soon
Great apartment Liked · Lee is around all the time. He managed to get a room cleaned and let us check in early which was great as we were tired after a long flight. The location is a walking distance from pub streets
Tons of restaurants, supermarket and safe to walk. The source a great all day cafe is next door. The pool area is green, clean and relaxing. The bonus is the housekeeping every day and fresh towels
We stayed Family room ( 2bed room+ Living+ Kitchen + 3 bathroom) Very big and comfortable to stay 5 days. We can walk to Pub street for 10min. I recommend this place for stay like a living in this town
The apartment was very nice, big, clean and in a great location. Would stay here again.
Stayed there in the 2 bedroom family suite for about 4 nights. Pros - Lots of places to eat, walkable to pub street, convenient access to little stores around the area. The rooms were big, the living room was big too
A hidden gem! Very beautiful Place, charme like an Temple, usually that Kind of Hotels you find in Bali!
Location is Great, you find everything what you Need around, Temples Not far with tuktuk, Airport one Hour Drive, but Hotel itself is very quiet!
The staff here is so Kind, so lovely, always smiling and doing the best for you having a warm and charming atmosphere!
The breakfast let you find everything...
Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable
Sam at the restaurant was extremely attentive and our driver Moni kept us cool and comfortable with water, beer, and cold towels wherever we went. I would absolutely stay here again
We also had the same driver, Jackie, all 3 days and he provided outstanding service, always offering water and cold towels. The property is beyond stunning
Alice has been in communication and helped us book things via WhatsApp weeks before we even arrived. Phanit and Roth are exceptional with their service, kind, and always smiling and helpful
This place is amazing beyond my wildest expectations. The Temple Hotel group's staff here goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect for you

There is not really a communal area in the evening as there is no restaurant / pool bar but we liked the quiet atmosphere to relax after sightseeing!
Thank you to all the staff and housekeeping - our room was always made up perfectly everyday
The breakfast options were great, a large buffet with fruit and local dishes. You could also get an omelette cooked or noodles in broth made (which was delicious!). The pool was great and quiet
Great location , easy to walk into town, baton supermarket down the street and nice cafes around. Was very empty and the room was nice with a balcony. Pool was well looked after and staff were kind.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great distance into town and to pub street (10 min walk or short tuktuk). The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us organise our tour of Angkor wat
Quiet, elegant and center of the city. It has a small gym room and a swimming pool. The room is spacious though.
It’s very quiet and peaceful, and the whole place has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They even upgraded my room for free to the next level

I had a very nice stay in the hotel. It is beautiful with a nice outside/pool area. The rooms are specious and well equipped. The location is also good, a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby
This place offers incredible value for money! The wooden decor is really tasteful and well-maintained. The balcony, koi pond, and pool are all lovely and relaxing. Our room was spacious and very clean
Wonderful hotel, the room was very spacious and beautiful. There's a pool, and the breakfasts are delicious.
We're giving a high rating upfront because there was an issue after booking, but in the end, everything was resolved successfully. It's a good hotel, quite large, with its own grounds and spacious rooms
When the sun started to get a bit much, a staff member went out of her way to move us to another table – essentially cleaning up an extra spot – and then *she* even apologized to *us*! So thoughtful
The location is very convenient, with everything from large supermarkets to food courts within walking distance. If there are many guests, it's a buffet plus an à la carte dish

The location and pool are great, everything else falls slightly below expectations. The tub and shower curtain looked dirty and
moldy
This hotel makes me feel very good. Every hotel staff I met is very polite. Whether it is the front desk staff, security staff, or room service staff, they are all very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location
The rooftop swimming pool is large, there are lounge chairs for sunbathing, and there are sofas in the shade to sit
There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is close to the city center. If you rent a motorcycle to go to Angkor Wat, it is very convenient. It is basically a straight road. The hygiene is also very good
The rooms are spacious and the wooden interior is full of characteristics. If I come to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here again. I hope that all the staff will work smoothly and be happy every day
We were very impressed with the hotel and the facilities. The reception staff were wonderful and we were greeted with welcoming smiles each day

All okay. Environment good, staff friendly. Even breakfast was not to much but its great.
Not a bad hotel near the street of bars and market. There is a swimming pool, but the water in it is always cold. Breakfast is meager and not very tasty. It's easier to buy a SIM card
Amazing relax I was there with my wife so very peaceful and nature decor
i like the hotel hosting a lot~ the girl (Nary) at the front desk is very friendly, she always give us warm smiles and talk very politely and also the cleaning staff(Jo). Stay here if you want to feel like home😊
We spent 5 days here in this serene and quiet little hotel
Great hotel with excellent staff in a good location. Not much to fault, comfy soft bed with modern room and an awesome pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay great
The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect
Turns out my husband and I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago! It was lovely to relive those memories. This time, we came with our family and stayed in connecting rooms
The cocktail prices were very reasonable, and we even caught a 'buy two, get one free' offer! It's close to the center; we zipped to the main street on a tuk-tuk
A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff
It was clean and had everything we needed: bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries
I deducted a point for the decor because the hotel is older, and you can tell the furniture is a bit worn. But the pool is excellent and very refreshing

Great place, I have only great words about this hotel starting with the staff that are super friendly and making our experience unforgettable and then the food is amazing at very good prices, the room is great, wifi is working everywhere and the pool is
Very nice staff and enjoyable food in the restaurant. A short grab ride to Pub Street. Breakfast was a little limited, but fine. Beautiful pool area surrounded by rich hanging plants
The hotel was absolutely brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful! The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures, the pool is amazing, food is really nice, breakfast was great!
The staff are amazing, the pool is great, it's close to town, the airport and the temples, but is calm.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean rooms. Fantastic pool with pool bar.
It is a good hotel, 20 mins walking from the city center with not so much around. The breakfast is not impressive but the rooms facing the patio with the swimming pool are really nice and clean
I paid around$ 50 per night for the room upstairs with a balcony. I liked the design of the room. Simple and elegant using good quality materials. The pool area is also very lovely with shallow and deep sections
Good service and good food plus excellent environment
Swimming in the pool early in the morning was wonderful; surrounded by lush greenery, it felt like being in a forest
A good sized room that was clean and the pool area was very relaxing. The bed was really hard, which the staff then came to provide an additional mattress topper to improve – made it better but was still pretty firm
Plus, there's a laundromat right across the street, which is super convenient!
As a breastfeeding mom who needed to frequently store breast milk and transport ice packs during my trip, I must extend a special thank you to the Assistant Manager, Manager, and all the staff in the kitchen and at the front desk
The breakfast area is small, and the selection is quite streamlined. I had avocado baguette and fried eggs every day, and you could tell the staff put a lot of effort into preparing the meals given the limited resources

Swimming pool was appreciated l but I think they put chemical treatment at night without putting a sign to notify guests…
Food is overpriced, so we never ate at the restaurant
The hotel has a great restaurant serving Cambodian and Western cuisine, and its location is excellent, close to the city center. The hotel's pool and bar are great for relaxing
The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & SPA is excellent and offers extraordinary value for money, thanks to its facilities and friendly staff
We had a great 4 nights stay in this hotel. The room was very well soundproofed and very spacious
Location was very good, in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk from pub street
Nice hotel, clean, delicious breakfasts. Close to the bar area. I recommend it.

He's more than just a guide, he's an artist behind the lens! I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could – our experience was truly spectacular! If you're visiting Cambodia, I highly recommend Kim as your guide
Beautiful colonial style 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, dinning area and lounge room, balcony with pool view. there is also a washing machine
We love it, it's like your own home, nice and cozy. All staff wer very attentive, helpful and polite. In-house tuk tuk transport, driver and knowledgable guide. Recommend to book in advance to go to Angkor Wat temple
Plenty of good restaurants and shopping close by with lovely staff. We'd organised a sunrise tour at Angkor Wat and staff were happy to prepare us a breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be onsite for breakfast
A lovely large room with separate lounge area. Small kitchenette and washing machine available. Lovely to relax with a cuppa on the small balcony and watch the world go by

Rambutan is a gem of a hotel! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s incredibly tranquil, especially the pool with the beautiful plants and trees around it providing a lush tropical vibe
The design and style of the resort are really cool and relaxing. The pool is wonderful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious
I was privileged to stay at this beautiful and well-located hotel while in Siem Reap for four nights, the room was very well equipped with everything I needed, room serviced every day, the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating with very good English, complimentary breakfast together with the lunch and dinner menus' just superb
The rooms were exceptional - loved all the details from the window shades, ceramics that held the shampoo and shower gel… the design was beautiful!
The staff were also exceptional - everyone from front desk, the restaurant, car transport, you name it
I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim
My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon in October 2025. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring. We arrived late at night via their car transport, and felt warmly welcomed

the rooms were clean, and the stay was very comfortable. I also appreciated the small yet thoughtful perks, like the free water at the bar counter and being able to use the lobby restroom and pool before checking in
Very nice hostel with a lot of great amenities!! They offer a lot of tours and activities! Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Great for solo travelers or groups!
Super worth it! Aside from the shared room, everything else was up to typical resort standards.
It has everything: Happy hours, multiple pools, but also the calmness in the rooms if planning on sleeping early. The location is very good, close to the pub street. Very clean & tidy, with nice staff
One of the best hostels I've stayed at, very affordable. Safety: Excellent, you can drop off your bags early. Environment: Clean and refreshing!
Service: Warm and welcoming, thumbs up! 👍
If you're traveling solo to Siem Reap, you absolutely have to stay here! The location is great, the food is amazing, highly recommend!

We lived nearby and came for the pool, which was gorgeous. Secluded from the street and surrounded in palms. Mr Pete the barman, makes an excellent margarita. The other staff were also very attentive and helpful.
Very nice place especially the hotel owner very friendly; kind. Staff provide the very warm welcome and supportful. I truely recommended price is very acceptable and affordable.
You had to quickly wash yourself and turn off the water while you were soaping yourself, otherwise there would be a flood. We were glad that there were robes, lightweight and comfortable
Nice boutique hotel in town. Easy access location neat Wat Bo, spacious room, great hotel service, nice swimming pool and you also can arrange your group party there. Owner are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay
A neat, clean, safe, and quiet hotel. Attentive, English-speaking staff. Good housekeeping, a clean pool, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Great location, nice rooms, friendly service. Evenings can be a bit noisy (until around midnight) due to music from nearby bars and restaurants, but I didn't find it particularly bothersome.
The staff very friendly and helpful
In the center and easy to access to many place
The best location. Close to pub street and market
The staff is ivery accomodating. They always keep our room clean. The location is perfect for everything you need. Will definitely go back and book this hotel.
Cheers!
The hotel's location is excellent, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Pub Street is just a 5-minute walk away
The room was well-cleaned, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient, which was great. There's also a pool, but it was a bit chilly, so I didn't use it

They give you free tea and a cold towel every time you return back to the hotel on hot days. They clean the rooms very well and the pool is immaculate. Well trained staff that tries to help and is self aware
The breakfast is plentiful, and you can also order a la carte. The food and drinks are generally delicious. The room is large, has both a shower and bathtub, and has a terrace that opens directly onto the pool
The pool water is a wonderful temperature, and you can spend all day soaking in it. The garden around the pool is beautifully landscaped. The value for money is unbeatable, and I highly recommend this hotel
Really quite place Very clean room and swimmimg pool. Very kind staff. Delicouus and cheap food. Excellent position Perfect place to stay even for long periods. I strongly recommended.
My son and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff is super friendly and warm. The food is very varied, very well prepared and delicious. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The SPA service is very pleasant
This is a very pleasant little boutique hotel. The staff is charming, and every time you arrive, you're greeted with wet wipes and iced tea. Upon check-in, you're offered homemade peanuts and a drink

I could not rate it better, I stayed in the centre for my first 2 nights, too hectic and no space around the pool, I visited over 10 hotels of a similar criteria and I'm happy I chose this hotel less than 10 minutes ride from the centre
The hotel offers great customer service, a beautiful view, and a tasty breakfast.
Bottle of wine in a cooler sat next to this pool with the birds chattering, for minimal money. FYI : Kouprey is an extinct breed of Ox, native to Kampuchea
For what it costs I dont think you can expect more. I asked for beans every day and got them. I asked for papaya one day when it wasn't out front and they prepared me some. Eggs are cold sir? We will cook you fresh eggs
Very easily accessible by car, friendly staff, comfortable bed room and a clean bathroom, reasonable price for family trip, the breakfast was very delicious but less than I expected, the pool not big enough but long enough to swim
I saw people of all races at this hotel. I believe it's a great hotel, attracting people from all over the world. The manager and staff are always smiling.
The clean surroundings and clean meals were great.

Highly recommend staying here! I went with my boyfriend in April for 2 nights and it was a great hotel, especially for young travelers. It is super affordable and exactly what we needed
The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. The location was nice being walkable from a shop and a cafe.
Recommend going Joe’s burger as it’s near by and does great food
The pool is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, making it one of the highlights of my stay. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Sakada and Tita, who were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsible
great location around 1km to street 08 pub street nice swimming pool in front of hotel also have beautiful cafe shop and spa
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel - it was a truly great experience. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience

I didn't buy anything there, but right next to it was a shop mainly selling nice clothing, where you could purchase swimwear, sandals, etc. * **Pool:** I didn't use the pool, but it gradually gets deeper, reaching 1
The owner's daughter there was incredibly friendly and wonderful, just as other reviews mentioned – she was a great help!
* **Towels:** As other reviews mentioned, each person receives one large bath towel
I would have appreciated it if face towels were also provided. (I later realized I probably could have asked for one. )
* **Keys:** Keys must be left at the front desk when you go out
* **Bathroom:** The shower and toilet are a bit close together. While the toilet itself didn't get soaked, the floor around the shower can get quite wet immediately after use (though it dried quickly)
* **Breakfast:** Although I didn't get to use the breakfast service much, it was delicious! They offered rice dishes, sandwiches, and made-to-order items like scrambled eggs and omelets
Note: The attendant might not always be available (I think I tried to drop off laundry too late). However, right next to the exit, there's a laundromat that charges the same price

Beautiful colonial style hotel. Good value for money thanks to Trip. Beautiful swimming pool! Young, qualified and proactive staff. Spacious room, very comfortable and functional
Only small downside, the wifi connection on the 4th floor but otherwise almost perfect for two days
The hotel is build in the colonial style excellently located. It had 2 bedrooms one hall and 2 bathrooms excellent for a family of 4 adults. Waiters are very polite and helpful
The masseuse is a small built, polite young lady but she is strong, exactly what you need after a day in Angkor Wat. The pool is clean too, although I didn't get a chance to get in
The only thing is, if you're a light sleeper, a bit of the noise from the streets can be heard. Breakfast: It is not buffet style, they have a set menu for western and local options. They don't serve lunch/dinner
Room and amenities: My room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows, it has a mini bar, TV with Netflix and most importantly (for me) the bathroom was very clean and tidy, with endless hot water
