The primary advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated near a WIDE variety of restaurants and shops!

However, the main drawback of our stay was the cleanliness of the room. The bathtub appeared dirty, there were visible stains on the duvet cover and chair, there was noticeable dust on the TV stand and side table . Additionally, the room had a very strong scent of some type of cleaning product.

On a positive note, the staff were kind and helpful, and the price was reasonable for the area. Overall, while the location is a significant benefit, improvements in cleanliness would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The service was terrible. I stayed for several days and the room was never cleaned! I came back to the hotel at night to shower, and there were no bath towels or regular towels! It was a very bad experience, definitely not worth staying here!

Great location, lots restaurants around. C, also close to public transit, friendly staffs and free shuttle buses to/from airport , we will still again in the future

Overall, it's pretty good, and the service is very attentive. The main advantage is its proximity to the airport, making it a relatively good value for money among Vancouver hotels. Two small bottles of purified water cost over $6, and there's an airport shuttle.

good location, tons of restaurants nearby
very convenient complimentary airport shuttle service

Very big thank you to Sharn who let me in an hour early for a day use room. I appreciate the quality of care. Hotel was quite nice and super close to the airport. Shuttle services were very convenient and the area is safe with lots of services and amenities nearby that you can walk to

Nice hotel

This was a huge disappointment of a booking. We were only the staying the one night, and leaving our car there to go to the airport. When we got there, the room was so cold, my mum had to leave her coat on for most of the night. We opened the curtains to try to get some light in the room, only to discover, single pane glass, thus making it colder. Our wake up call never came through . When I questioned it at the front desk, I was told, "well, I sent it, I guess it didn't work". The beds were comfy enough, but the bathroom.. well, I would not shower in there . There are many hotels in Richmond where you can park and fly. I would suggest looking for another one.

I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction.
The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him.
Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.

I recently stayed at the Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport and found it to be a convenient and practical choice, especially for travelers needing easy access to YVR Airport.

Pho itself tastes good but the portion is so pathetic. I ordered regular size, which is about medium size I guess, but it was more like kid's size or maybe even less. I was still hungry after. It wasn't like this last time we went.

I think it's more healthy than other pho but it's missing some chutzpah as a result. Very nice delivery guys and excellent tea tho ❤️

Usually very impressed with the food. Service and waitress are always good. Served super small portion of the lemon grass chicken order. Usually is 2x the size I got. Dont know if they are trying to save money or whatever happened. And my friend got the same small size. Still taste good, just way to little for 11 dollars.

I've been a long time customer to this place, started coming here ever since 2011. The pho at this place is not great, but it sure isn't bad. Their grilled chicken rice and grilled chicken vermicelli is definitely worth a try. This place was just recently renovated, so the seatings and the overall aesthetic is generally pleasing. If you are looking for a place with out-of-this-world pho, I would not recommend you to come here, but if you are just looking for a quick bite and never have to line up for seats, this is definitely the place to go.

Just visited the other day for the first time since it was renovated, and WOW it looks like a whole different place. Same great pho, but in a much nicer atmosphere. I would highly recommend people go there and experience both the good food and ambiance.

Service was almost non-existent, and the owner was brusque and rude when we didn't understand how their system went. Neither he nor the waitress cared to know if we had been there before and if they could explain how they did things. After almost having a shouting match with the owner, he talked loudly to one of his waiters in Chinese and both of them laughed and gave me pointed looks. I would have walked out of there without paying if my companions didn't persuade me to stay. The BROTH they insisted we order smelled foul, and it made the RAW MEAT they served even gamier. If you are a visitor to the Richmond side of Vancouver, avoid this restaurant at all costs. My recommendation would be DINESTY, along Ackroyd, about two blocks away from this place, where service is fast, help is friendly, selection is wide, and the food is both very reasonably priced and incredibly delicious.

A couple of friends and I decided to come here for a birthday (completely bad idea). The service goes as follows: we had ordered meat, tofu, and vegetables and the servers only brought us the meat (a small miracle in itself). We waited over an hour for vegetables and tofu that didn't seem to be coming. As we flagged down individual waitresses and explained to them we weren't getting any of our vegetables or tofu they would just either ignore us, walk away without acknowledging they had understood us, and one waitress even laughed at us. The veggies then took another whole hour just to arrive and the tofu still hadn't come when we were done our meal. As we got up to pay my girlfriend asked if she should even bother tipping them and I answered "no, they don't deserve the tips. Tips should be earned." The most unbelievable part is when she finished paying on the machine and the waitress pulled out the receipt, she had the audacity to ask us "why didn't you tip???" Overall, completely terrible service for mediocre quality food. You will be left with a bitter taste in your mouth not just from the food but also from the worst service you will likely receive in a while.

Little sheep was delicious. We got their Groupon meal for 2 and they sat us down right away. Food was great, broth was delicious, place was very clean, staff were really helpful and we left completely satisfied. Would recommend going back.

First and most important, I don’t actually want to give this a rating of 1/5 stars. I would much rather give 0/5 stars for this place. Today my boyfriend (who is white) and I had gone in, he has never had hot pot & I wanted to proudly introduce him to it. I simply regret bringing him to this one entirely. We were placed at our table, but after given them our order we didn’t receive anything for half an hour. Then after we got 3 items from our huge order we made, the next set of items (2) were not received until almost an hour and a half later. Both he and I were looking trying to find someone to speak to but instead waitors would look down and continue to walk by. After waiting almost 2 hours we had not gotten anything else we ordered and with the table who just sat down next to us getting their food right away, I decided to make a complaint. The waitress then proceeded to say it got “lost in the kitchen” and was saying it was “our fault” for not speaking to someone sooner (even though we tried). I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager didn’t come to our table, but the waitress came back saying they took off 50% of the bill. To us this was still unacceptable as we didn’t receive close to what that would be worth. 10/10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I completely feel like this place treated us differently because my boyfriend is white. Worst experience ever, will never go here again.!

Went with my girlfriend for the first time, I've never had hot pot before. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We waited half an hour to get our pot and first few items that we ordered. We waited for another hour and a half and still the rest of our order didn't come. We both tried getting people's attention and the servers would look down and walk passed us, all the tables that came in after us recieved all their food very quickly and we were ignored. We didn't even get half the order. The waitress tried to blame us for the order being "lost" and that "this happens all the time". The manager wouldn't even come speak to us. 10/10 wouldn't not recommend going to ever, especially if you're white. The worst service I've ever experienced

Food at no. 9 tastes better the later the night goes.

Service is prompt, efficient, and busy. They're there to bring you food and bring it to you fast with no fuss. Sometimes you need that.
29.07.2017 Allen
Honestly, this place has been here long enough to speak for itself. If you want decent Cantonese food 24/7, this is the place. If you are flying and need a meal, you'll likely stop here instead of paying for one on the plane. It's the same when you land, you'll likely end up here because nowhere else is open late at night. If I were to compare the wonton and beef brisket noodle soup to what I remember a decade ago, I think it's gotten better. A good spot for guests flying in!
09.07.2017 Edmund
Reliable 24-hour, Chinese restaurant. Not the greatest, but decent prices, decent food for any hour of the day. Great for late night food runs. This place is usually busy. You don't always have to wait, but there's a good chance you do. The menu is quite varied, you can order classic Chinese noodle and rice dishes, or hamburgers and Monte Cristo's. Been a staple of Richmond for almost 20 years if not more, and there's a reason for the longevity.
31.05.2017 Nico
There are tons of flies in the restaurant. Prepare to keep one hand free to wave them away. The quality of the food has gone down significantly over the last few years as well. The soups reek of the smell of old tap water. The seats are always stained with sauces or oil, too. The service is pretty much non-existent. The waitresses either come take your order too soon or don't come at all. After that, they just drop off your order without saying a thing. If you need tea, you need to hunt one of them down. The overall quality of No. 9 is equivalent to that of an illegal street vendor.
