River Rock Casino Hotel in Richmond

This is one of the higher-priced dim sum place in Richmond. You made a lunch reservation for a large table. They sat you down and told you have 90 minutes to eat. It's worse than an all-you-can-eat place. Had we known the time restrictions, we would have gone elsewhere. Terrible experience!

We made a reservation last night, and have been Sea Harbour Restaurant on time. The reception waiter was letting their friends jump the line, we waited one and half hours still did not get a table. So we were very angry and left this restaurant. I promise I will not go again. If you want a good Chinese dinning, I recommend Peninsula seafood restaurant. Sea Harbour Seafood restaurant was a very bad restaurant, their staff is not honest and bad service attitude. ... Please do not go there.

We went there yesterday to have dim sum for brunch. It's was the first time we went there.

When we arrived at the entrance of their parking, I saw a sign that says "for Sea Harbor Seafood Restaurant parking, proceed to level 7". So we drove around and around the building and went all the way to the level 7. There was already lots of cars parking near the elevator. So we had to pick a stall randomly and a little bit far away from the elevator. We had our meal from 11 am till 1:50 pm. We ordered lots of seafood and we paid more than $900 of our meal. This is the most expensive lunch I've ever had for my life.

At 1:50 pm when we came back to the parking lot, I noticed there was a piece of paper stick to my dash. It's a ticket from Impark, charging me $85!

They say I parked my car at a stall that's for the River Rock Casino! But I am on level 7 and this is supposed to be the parking for the restaurant, isn't it? So I looked around the parking, just to realize that only the stalls that are close to the elevator have the sign for the restaurant on the wall and the others have not. But when we arrived in the morning, I we couldn't find a spot close to the elevator, and that's why we have to pick a parking spot a little bit far away but without the sign for the restaurant!

When we climbed up the level 7, we could see there are tons of empty parking spots available to the casino customers. And I expected the whole level 7 of the building is dedicated for the restaurant. I mean, seriously, who would expect a customer for the casino to climb all the way up to the top of building to park their car there? But still, the parking patrol would not miss this opportunity to make money from me and they gave me a ticket at 1:40 pm, just 10 minutes before we came back from lunch!

When I called the restaurant and complained about this, they don't care. They say it's my problem to park my car at the wrong spot. But the thing is, the restaurant doesn't have enough parking stalls for their customers and their sign at the parking entrance is confusing.

I swear I will never come back to this restaurant and the River Rock Casino again, never!
