The room was clean and quiet, and even though there were a lot of guests, breakfast was Western-style with bread, fresh milk, fresh yogurt, bananas, apples, sausages, boiled eggs, and mashed potatoes. If you're not used to it, bringing some pickled mustard stems as a side dish will do, as there aren't any vegetables, but an apple works. Hot water, disposable cups, coffee, and tea bags are available 24/7 next to the bar. The staff were very welcoming. Luggage storage and airport transfers are both free. There's a shuttle service every half hour for airport transfers; just call the front desk when you arrive, and the car will depart. The driver was very helpful and actively assisted with carrying our luggage.

This is a really great hotel if you're planning on staying near the airport since it's a very short ride. They also offer complimentary shuttle rides to and from the airport which is amazing. The rooms were very beautiful, spacious and clean. The desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast selection was amazing, so many options to choose from! The only con is that everything is so far away (this is our fault as we didn't plan ahead). However if you'd like to explore the city more, I'd find a hotel closer. However, we did use the busses and subway which helped! It's also nice that there's a costco and 7-eleven in walking distance if you need anything. Would stay again!

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, very comfortable. It's really close to the airport, which is a great choice. I was surprised there was even a kettle to boil hot water, which was a huge plus! The bed was super comfortable too. Highly recommended!

Very close to the Canada Line, making transportation super convenient. There are also places to eat nearby. The hotel rooms are spacious and pretty good overall.

This hotel is truly excellent! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast is especially great for kids – even though it's mostly 'Western food,' my child loved it. Plus, there are two large Asian supermarkets nearby, which is a huge bonus! Seriously good, I highly recommend it.

Well located hotel in Vancouver that is close to the airport. Rooms were quite comfortable and had everything that you might need. Breakfast provided downstairs and was also quite reasonable. A short walk to the casino where the photos were taken, and the train station, making it easy to get into the city or to stops around town. Shuttle to the airport was also provided making for a convenient and easy way to catch a flight. Well worth checking out.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport – Richmond. The room was pristine, and the breakfast was great and plentiful. Special thanks to Ryan and Terry from the night shift, Rose from the breakfast team, and Leo the shuttle driver—everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby and Costco just across the street. The free airport shuttle is also a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and helpful staff here. Updated and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Courtesy shuttle (found upstairs at departures area) was already full so we took a $25 taxi and we were reimbursed for it at reception. Will be back!

Great stay at Holiday Inn express! They have amenities that higher priced hotels often don’t have such as black out blinds, white noise machine, HDMI hook up to TV for laptop, two types of pillows (soft and harder). Hot breakfast was great and shuttle to and from airport was also great.
