Location: The hotel is very close to the airport. There's an outlet mall about a 2km walk away, and Richmond Shopping Centre is a short Uber ride.
Cleanliness: The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but the room itself was clean and tidy.
Service: Check-in isn't until after 3 PM. In the morning, the bathroom suddenly lost power. I called the front desk, and someone came to fix it within 15 minutes.

The room was spotless, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and overall, my stay was super comfortable. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus service, and you can even walk to the outlet mall!

We stayed there for 3 nights, we got picked up from the airport for free, on level 3 departure. The shuttle runs approximately every half an hour.
The room was on level 10. It's a modern and very clean room, that's what we like about. It's a little noisy sometimes from airplanes taking off, but it depends on the wind direction, sometimes we didn't get the noise.
Capstan train station was the nearest to the hotel about 15 minutes walk.
Price wise was reasonable for a Fourstar hotel, that's the reason why we liked this hotel.

This is the perfect hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and gets you there in just 10. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. Compared to so many decades-old, run-down hotels in North America, the quality for the price here is simply unbeatable. There's a commercial area just across the river from the hotel, though it's about a one-kilometer walk. I'd definitely stay here again.

Seriously speechless, I found a fake eyelash on the bed. Being near the airport, the environment is just so-so. It's quite close to the Diabetes Centre across the bridge, but Richmond isn't that big anyway, so getting around is generally convenient. The facilities are mediocre; it feels like only the bathroom was renovated. To sum up: it's suitable for travelers who need to catch a flight, with a shuttle every half hour, and west-facing rooms are great for photographing landing planes. However, everything else is pretty average, so if you're here for a leisure trip, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The airport shuttle was also punctual and efficient, definitely a plus! However, there were some downsides: it was quite noisy at night, with a lot of aircraft taking off and landing, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Also, the curtains in room 629 didn't close properly, letting in a lot of light.

No windows, which made it a bit stuffy. The shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver was exceptionally friendly.

Very nice restaurant. Food is good, service is good. The food choice is quite large.

Came here for drinks after work. The menu selection looked great. A little disappointed the patio was closed for the season especially with the amazing weather. Our server was definitely a salesperson and really wanted to sell us dinner. I will have to stop back and try the food on the next visit but great view.

Food was tasty. Good atmosphere. Cod fish and fettucini are good. Nachos were stale and cold.

Great views of the harbor from almost every seat in this place. Little rough around the edges with a sticky table and construction materials on part of the patio. The sturgeon taco was decent though I'm not sure I'd order it again. Craft beers including parallel 49 and four winds.

Nice view/area. The Jambalaya I had was downright terrible though. I'm pretty sure they just poured some cambell's vegetable soup on some rice and prawns.
Other peoples meals looked marginally better. Prices were far too high for what I got.
