Reviews
We tried d|bar on our last evening and cocktails and food were delicious, bravo to Guillaume its new General Manager.
On top of that, all staff was very caring and made us feel more than welcomed. Special thank you to Lyvie at front desk, as well as Gabriel at d|bar.
We’ll definitely be back when in Toronto.
But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Daniel, the front desk supervisor. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely embodies what five-star service should feel like. No request felt too big or too small, and he handled everything with such calm confidence and professionalism.
We can’t wait to come back.
The Mitchell’s
the rooms and service were as extraordinary as we expected. Worth the money and I would absolutely return for those. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was, again, nothing short of lovely. We were well taken care of, and satiated.
The very bad:
We selected to stay at this 4 Seasons due to the spa, (being a hotel *and spa*, after all). What better way to beat the winter in Toronto than a relaxing soak on a luxe spa? Unfortunately, relaxation is miles away at Four Seasons Toronto. The spa was absolutely OVERWHELMED with children, including pool noodles, floaties, screaming horseplay, and beach balls. In what world is that conducive to relaxation?? We were unable to use the lap pool due to an ongoing game of Marco Polo. The 2 person infrared sauna was almost never available because of a rotating door of children rushing in and out to experiment with it.
I understand that the spa is not adults-only, but there are apparently no rules whatsoever here. This experience made Carnival Cruise feel high-brow by comparison.
Consider yourself warned.
As expected at a Four Seasons, the service was top notch. The concierge went out of his way to help with a couple of specific requests, the servers in d | bar were gracious and helpful.
My only note of feedback is the huge miss on the fitness center -- while it's being renovated they are offering two very substandard spaces within the hotel not befitting of a Four Seasons.
Other than that, highly highly recommend!
The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed with luxurious touches that made it feel like a private retreat in the heart of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of Toronto’s skyline were stunning. Housekeeping was impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful turndown service each evening.
The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The spa is a serene oasis, and the pool and fitness center are top-tier. I also had an incredible dining experience at Café Boulud—creative dishes, excellent wine pairings, and exceptional service.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether you're visiting for business or a special occasion, the Four Seasons Toronto delivers a truly elevated experience.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
