Incredible 3-night stay. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Breakfast at Café Boulud was of very good quality. The spa is very relaxing and has all required amenities (pool, hot tub, steam rooms, as well as incredible changing rooms).
We tried d|bar on our last evening and cocktails and food were delicious, bravo to Guillaume its new General Manager.
On top of that, all staff was very caring and made us feel more than welcomed. Special thank you to Lyvie at front desk, as well as Gabriel at d|bar.
We’ll definitely be back when in Toronto.

Our stay at The Four Seasons was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated — the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail. The property itself is stunning, and every part of the experience felt seamless and luxurious.

But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Daniel, the front desk supervisor. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely embodies what five-star service should feel like. No request felt too big or too small, and he handled everything with such calm confidence and professionalism.

We can’t wait to come back.

The good:
the rooms and service were as extraordinary as we expected. Worth the money and I would absolutely return for those. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was, again, nothing short of lovely. We were well taken care of, and satiated.

The very bad:
We selected to stay at this 4 Seasons due to the spa, (being a hotel *and spa*, after all). What better way to beat the winter in Toronto than a relaxing soak on a luxe spa? Unfortunately, relaxation is miles away at Four Seasons Toronto. The spa was absolutely OVERWHELMED with children, including pool noodles, floaties, screaming horseplay, and beach balls. In what world is that conducive to relaxation?? We were unable to use the lap pool due to an ongoing game of Marco Polo. The 2 person infrared sauna was almost never available because of a rotating door of children rushing in and out to experiment with it.
I understand that the spa is not adults-only, but there are apparently no rules whatsoever here. This experience made Carnival Cruise feel high-brow by comparison.

Consider yourself warned.

Just spent 10 days at Four Seasons Toronto and couldn't rave about it more. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. I was traveling with colleagues and we all remarked how cozy and quiet the rooms were.

As expected at a Four Seasons, the service was top notch. The concierge went out of his way to help with a couple of specific requests, the servers in d | bar were gracious and helpful.

My only note of feedback is the huge miss on the fitness center -- while it's being renovated they are offering two very substandard spaces within the hotel not befitting of a Four Seasons.

Other than that, highly highly recommend!

I booked a few nights in a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient! The only downsides were the price; there was a construction area downstairs, so I'd recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some noise.

The best hotels in Toronto

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was world-class—genuine, attentive, and flawlessly professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed with luxurious touches that made it feel like a private retreat in the heart of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of Toronto’s skyline were stunning. Housekeeping was impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful turndown service each evening.

The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The spa is a serene oasis, and the pool and fitness center are top-tier. I also had an incredible dining experience at Café Boulud—creative dishes, excellent wine pairings, and exceptional service.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether you're visiting for business or a special occasion, the Four Seasons Toronto delivers a truly elevated experience.

Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

The ambiance was okay, but! The service was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff left their cleaning tools in the room, and the concierge was rude (even after I tipped them). They just stood there watching me carry my luggage?! It felt like they were discriminating against Chinese people. Avoid this hotel!

Very friendly, good food and beer. The old seats are unfriendly to your butt over time. I recommend going for trivia on Tuesdays.

Three levels: main floor, mezzanine and the rooftop patio. You can book private parties or drop in. Good local bar. Good vibe.

Always good food at a reasonable price (for the neighborhood). The roof patio in the summer is great.

If you want to see great jazz on Saturday this is your place. Premier canadian jazz bands with no cover. Arrive early if you want a seat.

Location is good, place looks good too. But tables are messy and not clean, food is overpriced for what you get. Regular salad is $9.50 and it tastes blend. No value to charge for the price. I ordered a kale drink and was told it would be $3.50 but then they charged me $4.00 and then told me the staff was confused with pricing, when the cashier was next to us the whole time and didn't correct the wrong pricing info to begin with.

Wouldn't recommend.

We were here at lunch today. Had absolutely fabulous service but the food seriously left a lot to be desired. The mushroom bruschetta with the balsamic aioli just doesn't work and the veggie pizza seemed to have the same toppings with just some add ons. It's sad when the onion rings are the best thing we ate. We have eaten regularly at the cafe for many years and the last couple of times, the food hasn't been very good at all. Not sure if we'll go back

Exceptional service and very nicely made cocktails!

Nice oasis in downtown...stylish and relaxed. Simple cocktail menu and nice tea menu. Cheese board is nicely out together.

Service is not consistent. I've been twice and gotten decent service, but also on occasion have gotten practically no service, even though the place was half empty.

Everyone had a great time. The food and atmosphere was great and the customer service was outstanding. Our waitress was exceptional. I was there celebrating my birthday and I really enjoyed the whole experience
16.12.2017 marie-claude
The most overpriced restaurant in Toronto. $35 for a glass of Ripasso. And this they charged us AFTER we spent a lot of money on a group lunch. No common sense or sense of customer service. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know. Oh and the Food? 2/10. They serve CHIPS with a steak! Again, OVERPRICE. We left with such a bad feeling.
10.12.2017 Tej
Beautiful scenic views of the Toronto school line. Was here for a professional event a shirt while back, and everyone was impressed with the size of the venue. The features. And your friendly, welcoming staff. Your bartenders are awesome! All of the food items we tried were very tasty as well. Kudos to you!
21.11.2017 C
Loved it. Took my girlfriend for her birthday and she loved it also. Expensive but expected, dont go there thinking it's gonna be just another restaurant downtown. Food was different than what you usually get somewhere but it was gourmet and tastey. Staff was very friendly and don't fuss about taking pictures for you. We were there from daylight to sunset and it was beautiful. Will go again next summer.
17.10.2017 Greg
Over priced for what you get. Loud . Bad service. Might as well do a 180 when go through the front doors and walk somewhere good.
