Very convenient for travel around the city as it’s just a stone’s throw from the subway and street car station. Service was prompt and room was clean and well-maintained.

Room was clean and quiet. Little amneties in the room to it felt like a 2 star in a 4 star. Location is excellent.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. However, the WiFi signal was very spotty inside my room, so it was somewhat pointless. Other than that it is a great place to stay at.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Great location convenient to downtown areas and subway. Parking is reasonable for downtown and it is convenient to be able to get in and out without issues or additional fees. We had considered trying to find cheaper parking but it isn't worth it since it is so convenient to be parked under the hotel and any cheaper parking isn't that much cheaper. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice hotel to stay in without breaking the bank.

The room is in a great location, very convenient to the University of Toronto.

It is just in front of the University of Toronto, across the street. There are nice restaurants and street views around the hotel. There are many small buildings with different characteristics on Madison Street next to it, which is nice to walk around and take a look.

Just terrible, bad service and food overpriced... don't really recommend this place

Went here last night (Tuesday) and there was a full grown cockroach on the chair I almost sat on. I understand that pests are common in the restaurant industry but this was at 6pm during full dinner service time when the restaurant was in full swing and at high capacity. I left immediately.

Apparently I had a really good time here. I was told the next day that the drinks are affordable and the karaoke is fun. I may have seen some snap chats and if what I saw of myself is real then this deserves an extra star.

Decent pub food, not the nicest place to eat. Good for some drinks and a quick bite. Definitely nice for a student club gathering (which is what I came here for).

Food was surprisingly great! I ate here twice. Fantastic salad at a place you wouldn't think to go for salad! Once we ate dinner and once for breakfast. Great service both times and cheap. The decor is nothing fancy, it is a pub after all.

Listen closely... there are few people on this planet that succeed, and those are the ones that take EVERY job seriously. One kid, did not get his name not only served quickly - HE served the most quality Tim Hortons meal I've received. Coffee, done right and sandwich beautifully presented.

Hats off.

Thought I lost my phone here tonight but it was next door thank God! It's really nice kid have the number for campus police and they got me it back. My photo is the desktop wallpaper and they gave me five bucks

No matter how simple my order is they get it wrong every single time, it never fails. Save yourself the trouble of ordering twice by going somewhere else.
04.12.2017 Nick
It's Tim Hortons. It's not a luxury dining establishment. It's usually busy, which makes lineups longer, and sometimes the box they give you your wrap in is covered in sauce. Other than that, you get what you pay for, just beware of mornings and afternoons when it's super crowded.

Really great speed but whenever I order any sized drink except for the bottled drinks and chocolate milk they "forget about it" and I wait and i wait but i never get it.
