Horrible service.

I walked in from the cold to get a hearty breakfast. The waitress asked if I wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs - I said up. She said that she preferred me down because "we're busy up there". I wondered why she offered the option if it wasn't available.

I asked to sit furthest from the door; it was -25 outside. She said that the other tables were reserved and offered the table closest to the door.

She poured me a coffee; still in my coat coz every time the door opened the arctic air met my face. I looked up longingly at the empty tables upstairs.

Then I said to myself, why I'm I hear anyway. So I walked away. She offered the coffee to go when I stood up (I wanted to laugh) but I politely declined.

Went there with my boyfriend the other morning to have a late breakfast. I had seen all the bad reviews and, as a server myself, wanted to check it out. The place is beautiful, we sat upstairs and the sunlight from the giant windows was very refreshing. When we walked in, an older man looked at us, almost confused, and slowly came over and made us choose upstairs or downstairs, we chose upstairs then he sent us up with no further instructions. When we got upstairs, we stood there for a solid minute waiting, then a younger guy slowly and hesitantly came over and took us to our table VERY unenthusiastically. Thankfully our server was a delight, joyful and helpful (as servers should be, especially in a breakfast chain). The others looked like they hated their lives, moping around, ignoring dirty plates on tables. Their uniforms were slacking, the guy that sat us pants were actually down his butt a little bit. We could definitely tell which workers did their job and had to pick up for the others. My boyfriend even witnessed a server asking 2 other servers (who were just talking the whole time) to help with something and when she walked away they rolled their eyes. Unbelievable. The food was delicious but I truly don't know how a manager can hire so many lazy people all at one location and not try and fix it. I'll be returning probably only to laugh at the terrible service. I'll also add, it's not hard to impress me at all...

If they were zero or negative stars I'll give it to them... worst experience in a Tim Hortons ever. The worst customer service I ever received in my life. No family washroom available, they made me and my little one wait for 10 min saying somebody else was using it, but there was no one, after they told me they can't find the keys. I asked every employee at the store no one give me an answer. Manager was just staring at me, but never received an apology or comment from her. Meantime my husband was waiting on line to get food. They didn't have any sandwiches or decent food, their excuse was that they were going to close in 20 min. And they close the doors 10 min before actual closing time. Left mad with a crying baby and an empty stomach. My husband got their store number tried to talk to someone from customer service but still waiting for their call back since this happened 2 months ago. Horrible customer service.

I have never seen so much FLIES at Tim Hortons Prince of Wales .. horrible establishment.... I cannot believe they are open for business... Health Canada what are you waiting for.... Clean up that s$$t hole...
