Total dump. got to spend the night there due to airline delays and they gave me keys to a bedroom which was already occupied!!! I opened the door and woke up another guest, what kind of place does that?! It did not look safe at all. The receptionist just said sorry it happens when the system is offline. Place is old and moldy, stay away!

That's not a 4*s hotel. Room was in poor shape, drapes dirty and the fabric torn in curtains showing like a waste house. In the bathroom the wood of the door was rotten .... very sad ...

Love & Hate relation with this hotel. Although is a great property, very central location and the nicest staff; the zone is very unsafe, almost no eating options and the room wasn't clean enough. This hotel have a great potential.

Looks nice in photos, but it is FAR from a 4 star hotel. I would call it a 2-3 star. Bedroom and bathroom were extremely dated. Mold in the bathroom. Bedroom also felt very dirty. Parking is 2 blocks away, which makes it very difficult to carry large luggage (I was traveling with my ski bag). The location felt unsafe as a solo female traveler.

Loved the aesthetics of the hotel and it was conveniently located near local shopping and dinning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel looks very nice and it’s next to a few very nice cafes and restaurants. Staff is helpful and both food and drinks are really really good. I should mention that my server last night, Walter, was exceptional and made me some of the best margaritas I ever had. Only 3 stars because the rooms are tiny and there is zero sound proofing, meaning you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the corridors and in the nearby rooms. I would also recommend staying away from the gym as there is no air conditioning and it’s pretty run down. There was also a power cut in the gym while I was running on the treadmill which almost made me fall over.
