Luciano K Hotel in Santiago

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect — easily walkable to major attractions, great bars, and excellent restaurants, making it an ideal base to explore the city. The room was good enough for us - nothing special but comfortable.

The hotel staff were consistently helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Leonardo, our guide for a day trip to Valparaíso. He was friendly, gracious, and incredibly knowledgeable, showing us local sights and even taking us to a store where he kindly bought us samples of manjar, alfajores, dulce de leche etc. — such a thoughtful gesture. We got him some sweets for his family. He also drove us to the airport on our departure day. If you need a driver or guide, we highly recommend asking for Leonardo.

The hotel itself has plenty of charm, including a vintage elevator and beautiful rooftop views. We especially enjoyed sitting there for an evening drink before heading out to dinner. A memorable stay all around!

The room is perfect for a couple. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet.

It's in a great location, too. The Lastarria neighborhood is full of cafés, restaurants, and shops, but it's still quiet at night. San Cristóbal Hill, Parque Forestal, and Santa Lucía Hill are within walking distance, so it's easy to stroll around.

The 24/7 reception is also great. Every receptionist was attentive and friendly.
The room was also clean. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed every day of my stay.
I would recommend it!

The creaky floor was a bit annoying, though. It was very loud when walking on it, and we could hear the floor above us creaking, too.
Breakfast was okay, although, as is often the case in hotels, there wasn't much selection for vegans.
Other than that, I have no complaints.

Really great. Interesting building and rooms. Floors are terrific. Cage elevator too. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Rooftop has essentially a plunge pool, cold - was not heated when we were there. Sat up top in afternoon for a bit on lounges under tent, lovely. Great location to across large street and up hill or into Italia or Lastaria.

Well located, staff were amazing. Rooms are a reasonable size and the bed was huge: I had a room on the inside: no natural light which was a shame.

Great stay overall. let's break it down:
Hotel: Fantastic really cute rooms and staff went above and beyond. Average breakfast experience but fine.
Roof top bar: Absolutely amazing: 10/10. We had fantastic snacks, the pisco sour is amazing, the non alcoholic limonade is absolutely awesome too. And the view is stunning. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, at least grab a drink!

We really enjoyed our stay in this 1920s art deco property. It wouldnt be for everybody as it is quite quirky. If you are a lover of chain hotels this hotel is probably not for you.
Are room was on the second floor facing the park and beautiful waterfall. The only window is in the bathroom which has a glass door so some light comes through. Rooms are not huge and you need to store luggage upright but no problem. The hot water takes a while to come through. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable the best on our travels.
The front desk desk staff are lovely and very helpfull. They is a roof deck with bar,restaurant and plunge pool with views to San Cristobel.
The hotel has beautiful tiled floors and the breakfast room is really nice. Breakfast had a good array each day.
The area around the hotel is very nice with tree libed streets and cafes.

Yes….really enjoyed the upstairs bar space! Great spot to relax for happy hour before heading out for the evening.
