Good spacious rooms. Nice bathroom.
It has a small fridge and a kettle.
They could supply with tea and coffee in the room. It’s strange that they provide kettle but no tea.
Restaurant - good breakfast but every day food is the same. I stayed for 7 nights and breakfast becomes repetitive.
Dinner - I have tried fish and chips - portion was massive. It was tasty.
Staff - reception were good. Restaurant - mixed. Not sure why staff are around to stand around with their mobile phones and reading or texting with guests around when they could be clearing the tables or interacting with guests.
Pool is good but small. It looks a lot bigger on photos. You can’t really swim, just dip in to cool down.
Sauna is tiny.
Fitness centre - I would not call it a centre - it has 4 very old machines, that’s it and I guess nobody uses them as they were all switched off.
Location - was brilliant. Felt safe. 5min walk to the metro station. Lots of restaurants around and shops.
Lobby - really nice. Have doormen at the door, who quickly opens the door but they could be a bit more friendlier and welcome.

Its old. The construction is old and the decoration is old. So if you are looking for an edgy and design hotel, nope. This is not it…
But it delivers. For the price… staff are helpful, breakfast is basic but good enough, and the location is very good.

Service is good, location is excellent walking distance to tallest building with many shopping needs, Bath facilities are a little bit dated. For the price paid it is good value.

The hotel is a bit old for my taste, maybe need a refresh. Also please know that the parking is not in the hotel, is about 500 meter away from it

To say that this was a 5 star hotel experience is to belittle the elegance and professionalism of our stay. Easily at least 15 star stay. Our first encounter with Don Roberto set the stage for the exceptionally high level of service we would be blessed to receive here. Don Roberto interceded on our behalf when we arrived having issues paying our first cab driver via credit card when his portable card reader failed. Completely unflustered and with panache he announced a reasonable means of settling the debt and set all 3 of us, the driver and ourselves at ease. This was just a foretaste of our treatment. From the doors being held open throughout the days as we came and went from the hotel, to the excited daily questions from the staff in regards to our travels each day in Chile, to the 30 minute long online adventure of ordering bus tickets that Senoritas Suyay and Daniza traversed in order to facilitate a once in a lifetime beach excursion for us and culminating in Don Roberto reserving a private ride for us to the airport and walking out suited to the nines carrying our luggage to said vehicle in the rain while looking as sauve as if he had popped out of the most expensive and popular Telanovela. Our rooms were clean, elegant and well appointed. We had daily housekeeping that was provided. The breakfast buffet was filled with a huge varied selection as well as fresh fruits and freshly squeezed fruit juices. You would be making a serious mistake choosing anywhere else to stay

Relatively upscale type hotel for a reasonable price. Staff were very helpfuls. Rooms were comfortable. Lovely pool and sauna area with a view in top level. Breakfast was great - buffet style. They let us hold our bags there for the afternoon while we explored the city before our flight. No airport transfer but Cabify and transvip were easy, efficient and reasonably priced.

Probably the best hotel to stay in! Best location! Extremely safe! Hotel staff are amazing! And on your doorstep is some of the best restaurants in Santiago. Also you’ve got loads of nice club bars nearby which are walkable within 5 to 10 minutes. I stayed here twice and I really enjoyed it. anyone who has never been to Santiago, I recommend this place to give you a piece of mind when searching for somewhere to stay. Breakfast is the same every single morning! Loads of fresh fruit and sandwiches and random bits.. not the best but definitely get a good night sleep it’s quiet and super convenient.

Excellent location that allows to move to different places along the city. It is close to Santiago's Metro (L1), making it well connected to the City's downtown, as well as the Bus Station that serves to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, as well as the Airport.

The amenities and fixtures are old and deteriorated. For example, the toilet seat was very worn. The main door to the room didn't close properly. In an emergency, it could have gotten stuck. The amenities, such as soap and shampoo, were for one person only, and the charge was higher than the price indicated on the website.
And I found the breakfast to be lacking in variety; for example, there were no sweet options, or there was no bacon...
