With the exception of a few really expensive hotels this one was our hotel highlight in Chile. And we stayed in about 10 different ones.
Great rooms. AC working flawlessly. Clean and modern. Awesome lunch buffet albeit a bit pricey but worth it.
Great staff, from the reception to the restaurant. They provide free transfer once an hour which worked out great for us.
Quiet even though it's close to the airport. Wifi worked without any issues. All in all a great stay!

The hotel's location near the airport is convenient. Although the shuttle bus stop was a bit hard to find, the hotel communicated promptly and effectively, even sending detailed instructions beforehand on how to locate it. Both the room and the restaurant were very satisfactory.

Well appointed hotel with excellent helpful staff.
Ate dinner at restaurant - great food and service.
Beds were comfortable and we were offered complimentary later check out which was much appreciated. My second stay here and will come again!

We were very frustrated upon arrival as we had advised our flight and ETA and nobody was there to pick us up. We had to pay US$32.00 to take a taxi which was crazy and upon arrival at hotel we were told that the phones were donw (as we did try to call several times without a response). There should have been some form of communication even via Whats app or email and there was none. The phones had been down since 10 am that morning. Before storm started
In the evening we had dinner and the service of 3 people was super slow with a number of people being frustrated.
On the other hand next day for lunch we had Monica and she was amazing waitress.

Javi left a bad taste in my wife’s mouth…. (Which is also driving why i am leaving so few stars). It was a classic lesson in inter-cultural miscommunication…
I tried to give a 5000 chilean peso tip to get more rice, (to another waitress and Javi promptly responded by saying it wasn’t enough) and my wife became furious after that. So we cancelled the request and got the tip back. A lack of professionalism…. (In the eyes of my wife)…. Do not recommend, will make sure Javi is neither our hostess or waitress…. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PRETTY AMAZING…

“La vaca en Santiago” will be a legend…. From now on…. Just glad at the fact that united airlines footed the bills and not our family…. Great spot for a layover, as long as you don’t pay…

Average 3star hotel. Breakfast, restaurant and service are very good.
Wifi and internet is terribly slow which is a no-go for a business hotel. This means by the way also that Netflix for example doesn't work on the TV.
The showers are very bad too. It's impossible to fix this ultra cheap shower in one position and the water temperature is also very hard to adjust. A quick shower is not possible.

Excellent service! Airport transfer to and from hotel was super smooth and the pickup location is conveniently located, easy to find and well communicated. The frontdesk was super helpful and staffed 24/7. Room had all listed amenities. I would 100% be back if i had a layover in Santiago again. Its fantastic and absolutely value for money!
