I had an excellent experience at Marriott Santiago, and a big reason for that was the outstanding food and service. The Executive Chef, Mr. Ahumada, is truly hands-on and deeply involved in delivering a top-tier dining experience. You can genuinely feel his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The food was always fresh, perfectly prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every detail—from presentation to flavor—reflected professionalism and pride in the craft. On top of that, the level of service was spectacular, warm, and attentive, making each meal feel special.

This Marriott sets a very high standard thanks to leadership like Chef Ahumada. Highly recommended for anyone who values exceptional hospitality and top-quality cuisine.

Oh dear Marriott! I know people will book because of the name but come on? If you love the 1970’s come here. The place hasn’t been refurbished in maybe 30-40 years? The rooms are so dated with “copy/paste” decor you could be in any USA hotel room from 40 years ago. Desperately needs refurbishment. Do not stay here it’s completely overpriced for the quality. I’m so disappointed as a long Marriott member. The only saving grace is very friendly staff and the breakfast is truly excellent with an amazing choice of dishes! I wouldn’t stay here again however unless they refurbish the outdated stinking bedrooms with 40 years of dust accumulated

I was very impressed by the service at this Marriott location. The front desk agent Roland really went out of his way to make sure my stay was great. The lounge is excellent with great food and drink options and the breakfast buffet is more than complete. I will definitely be staying there once I return to Santiago again.

The hotel is nice for one night stays during airport transfers but the restaurant is terrible, especially if you have any dietary restrictions. Even after multiple attempts of you explaining & mentioning dietary restrictions, the lousy restaurant won’t pay attention and might bring you the food which you have restricted. PATHETIC RESTAURANT & awful taste!!!

Nice hotel, great staff. Loved the lobby lounge/restaurant. Nice big park nearby if you want to take a walk or relax. A block from the shopping mall and good variety of restaurants. Nice pool area, but limited time that sun is on the pool. Disappointed that the hot tub water temperature was not hot.

Maintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.

The soundproofing is very poor, and the sound of typhoons blows every day. The surrounding facilities are good, there are many shopping malls and restaurants, and the consumption is relatively high.
The hotel cannot be compared with the Marriott in China, and is even worse than the Four Seasons in China.

This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good. The breakfast is also rich, with various breads, yogurts, fruits, and coffee☕️ Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip🧳Stay

Meat is too much cooked.
You have to wait a lot for someone come a take your order or to bring the bill.
Do not waste your time.
