Do NOT make reservations here, it is a scam.
We arrived to the hotel at 4am after a long flight and paid in advance. The receptionist who did not speak any English, told us via translator that they could not accept forein guests.

Disaster. The staff seemed helpful at first glance. We booked three rooms for three people in advance. However, they lied to us, claiming there was no reservation through Booking.com. On arrival, we were given one room for three people and paid €45. The equivalent of 368 yuan was offered. We gave them 400 yuan and only received 20 yuan back. The room we were given was appalling. Wallpaper was peeling off, and the curtains were practically falling off. Unrepaired water damage was also a major issue. The only somewhat positive aspect was the beds, which looked halfway decent.

The bathroom was simply disgusting. The drain stank, the toilet seat was far too small and broken, and there was mold in the shower. The neighborhood itself was very run-down. The pictures were misleading. The lobby probably hadn't been renovated since the building was constructed.

We left the hotel immediately and did not receive a refund.

: ... Finally, we received a message from Booking.com stating that we had not stayed at the hotel. This constitutes a deliberate lie, as a booking fee is charged to Booking.com.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with incredibly comfortable bedding. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel at home from check-in to check-out. The hotel offers great value for money. There's a free laundry room with dryers on the ground floor, which is very convenient. They also have robot meal delivery service, and ordering takeout is easy. The current service is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommended!
