The room was okay, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the soundproofing was poor. The mattress had just the right firmness. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, but the subway is a bit far.

Staying at this hotel, the most profound feeling was one of comfort, as if enveloped in tenderness. Stepping into the room, the perfect temperature and subtle fragrance instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too firm—seemingly cradling every curve of my body, while the fluffy duvet offered a cloud-like embrace. The shower had excellent, consistent water pressure, and hot water was instantaneous, washing away the dust of the road. From the superb soundproofing ensuring peaceful quiet, to the thoughtfully placed power outlets within easy reach, every detail quietly spoke of a meticulous consideration for guests. Here, comfort isn't a grand statement, but a deep-seated sense of ease and reassurance that permeates everything, allowing for a night of blissful sleep and waking up feeling completely refreshed.

The hotel is located on the first floor of the Heidelberg Hot Springs, accessible by another elevator. They offer a variety of room types, and the beds, mattresses, and pillows are all very comfortable. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and being so close to the street, it can get a bit noisy at night.

The room was quite nice, clean and tidy, with good linens and toiletries. The layout was neat, though the soundproofing wasn't great. The air conditioning was quiet, and overall, it was a good experience.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and very convenient. We brought our child to enjoy the hot springs and decided to stay here, which was great because we also got a discount on the hot spring tickets. I was late checking out by two hours due to a project, but they didn't charge any extra fees, which was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely be coming back often!

It was incredibly hot during the holiday, just unbelievably hot. I couldn't even sleep. Everyone, avoid this place, don't stay here.

This place is amazing. The hotel room is big clean comfortable. The hotel guest enjoy 15% discount to access to their 5 levels of SPA which This place has 24 hrs unlimited serving fruits ice cream and all type of drink include coffee and tea. Some of them stay overnight here like a hotel. It has game and ktv room and a big swimming pool inside.

Don't expect a high-end chain hotel experience, but for what it is, it's pretty good overall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. From what I could tell, the cleanliness was decent. It offers good value for money. It's not solely a hotel; many guests seem to be primarily here for the bathing facilities.

The staff is friendly, when one of them saw that my daughter's slipper did for her foot, he proactively offered another pair to her.

Have daily housekeeping service and breakfast was included.

There are indoor areas with different facilities (unlimited drinks and drain ) and an outdoor area for children to play there, also hot springs and swimming pool.

It is a nice place for families to stay.
