The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy. Our room was spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent, really close to the subway. The hotel is located between the second and third ring roads, close to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of drinking water supplied. The staff are warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. A special shout-out to Linlin and Xiaoyu! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, close to shopping areas and attractions, making it super convenient for eating, shopping, and sightseeing. The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to Capital Medical University, and within walking distance to attractions and commercial areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The sound insulation facing the street was a bit lacking, and breakfast could use some improvement. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!

Had a very pleasant stay this time! What truly stood out was how spotlessly clean the room was – absolutely no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also better than expected, making for a very quiet night. The location was convenient, within walking distance of where I needed to go. The staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in was quick and seamless. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

After a first night at a hotel that reeked of formaldehyde, we moved to Zhencheng for our second night, a place closer to the South Station. We had read mixed reviews online.

However, upon checking in, it was truly a pleasant surprise. We arrived around 9 AM, and the front desk staff, seeing available rooms, kindly upgraded us.

Once inside, the children absolutely loved it. They particularly enjoyed the room's layout, which was very functional and ideal for a family trip.

The bed was very comfortable, and it even came with two latex pillows. They were generous with the complimentary water too; when the kids arrived at the hotel in the evening and asked the housekeeper for two more bottles, she cheerfully said 'no problem' and gave them four! It's a small gesture that doesn't cost much, but it made us feel incredibly satisfied and well looked after.

I'm not sure about the other guests next door, but we didn't experience any noise at all. We had a very good night's sleep.

We would definitely stay here again.
