The front desk did not arrange me to stay in the room that I booked through CTrip. Their explanation was that the counter staff mistook me for someone else but with the same name. The location of this hotel is not so convenient. The bus that I boarded was stuck for more than 10 minutes, just to yield the road to the vehicles that came in.
