The facilities are really dated, and there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which is a major drawback. The staff were very warm and helpful though, and they tried to accommodate us by offering several room changes. Unfortunately, we kept running into issues, either with noisy air conditioning or problems with the bathroom. Honestly, I wouldn't have stayed here if my relatives didn't live so close by.

Swimming pool has been closed for many months. Hotel is generally in a very tired state with no updates to rooms for many years (as evidenced by small flat screen televisions).

The location is very close to metro and bus stations. However, the hotel is very old without proper maintenance. The TV is more than 30 years old (240p might be). The carpet is very dirty. The air conditioner is not working well. specifically in the winter, the room is really cold. But when you asked, they will provide you with an electric heater. The service is very friendly and well.

Easy to find Decent facility Gym and swimming pool NOT opened due to maintenance.

Old furniture, pool and gym closed . Very friendly staff

I booked this hotel because I was taking an exam at Renmin University. I had asked the front desk beforehand for a quiet room, and they gave me the quietest room possible! There was absolutely no noise! The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. It felt just like being at home! The cleanliness was also top-notch. It's the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at

Environment: The hallway is exquisite with a pleasant incense scent, and the room was larger than I expected. Facilities: The wet and dry areas are separate, but perhaps a bit too far apart. I wish there was a hook in the shower for clothes. Service: Excellent. They offer a fruit plate upon check-in. Great experience!

stay was excellent as usual ! second long stay here ! Thoroughly enjoyed the services. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful. When the food robot is overwhelmed with orders, the staff will hand deliver the food to your doorstep. If this is not excellence, i dont know what is. Every needs of ours were met. They are very gracious with their warm water.

Clean and hygienic, excellent service, quiet and comfortable.

The service was incredibly attentive; even with a late-night arrival, check-in was quick. The room was clean and odor-free, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, making us feel right at home.

The location is great and easy to find. The hotel itself is very new, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, yet still quiet. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. They even gave us a free room upgrade, and the window view was beautiful!

The bed with smoking smell, the tatami was soaked with water. the bathroom dirty too

For some reason this week, all hotels in Chaoyang, Beijing increased their prices. Even though I chose the Four Seasons Hotel, it still cost 700 per night. However, the room was so small and depressing.

Good for the price and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Today's experience was very bad. I was disappointed with the All Seasons Hotel. The floor was wet when I first entered and I almost slipped. Although it is understandable because they had just finished cleaning, guests do not want to have such an experience. In addition, as soon as you enter, you will find several dirty places.

The room is very clean, the staff's attitude and service are very good, and the breakfast tastes good, very good.

The living experience is very good. The location is only a ten-minute walk from Zhongguancun Business District.

Facilities: Excellent Service: Top-notch Ten out of ten, highly recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Suzhoujie train station and accessible to various parts of Beijing. Renmin University is within walking distance as well.

Rooms were very clean and it was really close to the metro station which was really nice, the room is a lil small but it was all fine as we only went to the room to sleep

It’s a great place, the staff is friendly. The elevator is a bit slow though, but I like the staff they are kind and big hearted. The environment is very quiet, you can barely feel any noise and super close to the subway. I love it 😍

The service was soooo good. Loved the services and the help of the lady on the desk. Loved it. Would come back again 🥰

Good service, our choice of room was not appropriate but the staff helped us a lot.

The place was clean and lets say quiet. When we arrive, the receptionist didnt speak English a d didnt even try to use the translator as others. She called some other receptionist for help and then they spoke something in Chinese and after 30 mins let us in. Not very politely! After that everything ok. Everyday cleaning and giving water. Location was not very close to city center but for our tour was...

Convenient transportation, the shower head is big enough, it is comfortable to take a shower

The hotel is in a great location, with parking available, very close to the high-speed rail station, and many restaurants around. The room type is especially suitable for family trips.

The room is not big but the location is very good, in Zhongguancun near the National People's Congress, the price is very affordable, although the room is small but the environment is very good, the room is very clean, with large and bright windows, there is a small park outside the window, the scenery is very good. However, the sound insulation is not very good, but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages...

Although the room is a bit small, it has complete facilities, is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is also good. I am satisfied!
