Because of the travel demand, I have room special requests due to seasonal weather changes. Hotel staff and managers are very nice to help and support my requests. Allow room changes and adjustments. Hotel staff even helped to move my luggage during this time. Managers are alway ready to answer questions and greetings. I tend to stay for long time each time i check in and this hotel is always my first choice.

The room wasn't very big, and the main bathroom was quite small. Even though the glass wall was covered with film, it was still quite transparent. It wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. I suggest improvements. The service lady was very nice.

I was on a business trip and traveling with children. I could tolerate the old facilities, the broken bathroom door, and the air conditioning, which was working for over an hour and still made me sweat profusely. So I called the front desk (called the number) to resolve the issue. Their attitude wasn't just a little bit bad; it was downright unacceptable. They told me to just accept my bad luck. When I asked for a room change, they said there were no rooms (there were tons of listings on the platform). In short, you can stay or not, no refund, no change, no solution. (PS: As a Ctrip Diamond member, I want to curse Ctrip for recommending such a crappy hotel to me, labeling it as a high-end hotel. How did they even get approved? #@Ctrip#?)

I chose a newly renovated room first, but I had an allergic reaction to the decoration smell half an hour after entering. I moved to an old room, which had a strong stench. I had to wear a mask to sleep at night. I had to go downstairs to get the takeaway myself. There were no robots or waiters to deliver it. The overall service was basically the same as the management style of the 1980s and 1990s. To store your luggage, you have to wait for the luggage room owner to bring the key. If you are in a hurry to leave, you need to leave time in advance to wait for the door to open.

The whole floor is being renovated, and it is very noisy. There is constant sound of electric drills and knocking. The corridor is very dusty and workers are working on the guest rooms. The most scary thing is that outside the window, there are people doing exterior wall construction lying on the glass...
