Beijing Tianyou Building in Beijing

Thanks to the front desk staff, Li, Zheng, and Liu, for their hospitality. They upgraded my room and gave me a small gift. The stay was excellent, and they didn't rush me when I checked out late. The hotel is in a great location, and it's always my first choice for business or travel.

As soon as you step into the hotel, you can feel the elegant atmosphere of the spacious and bright lobby, with a modern yet warm decoration style. The room is neatly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are also very clean, and the quality is reflected in the details. The staff was warm and attentive, checked in quickly, and provided local travel tips. The hotel's gym is fully equipped and the breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food to meet different tastes. This stay was a great experience, I will choose this hotel next time I come here!

The room is clean, well-equipped, and has a humidifier, which solves the dryness problem of winter heating. It is equipped with Xiaodu, which can set alarms and smart operations, which is very worry-free. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is delicious. I ordered it at Tianyou Restaurant downstairs. The taste is really good, not perfunctory, and I give it a good review. (There is still one thing that needs to be improved. The gap in the door is a bit large, and the sound insulation is a little worse.)

Tianyou Building is really nice, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the service of the hotel staff is always very good, and you can eat or have a banquet at Tianyou Restaurant downstairs. The most important thing is that the transportation here is extremely convenient. You don’t even need to take a taxi to go to the West Railway Station.

Xiao Zhou and Xiao Chun provide very good service, the room is cozy, the facilities are complete and smart, the breakfast has a lot of variety, it is a perfect hotel and I will come back next time.

This stay was really great. Ctrip upgraded the room type. The smart room was clean and sanitary. The staff was enthusiastic, especially Xiao Wang, Xiao Li, and Xiao Ren at the front desk. They were active, patient, and meticulous. They were warm and pleasant. I had a pleasant three-night stay. I will come again in the future.
