The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station and across from Guangzhou Railway Station. The facilities are comprehensive, everything is clean, and the service is warm and friendly. Plus, there's free parking available.

This was my second stay, and I chose a room with a bathtub. The tub was a bit shallow, so I didn't dare use it, haha! The freshly cooked rice noodles with beef balls for breakfast were great, and the preserved egg and lean pork congee was delicious too. The front desk girl wasn't wearing makeup, which felt a bit impolite! The hotel's location is excellent; there are shopping malls all around for clothes...

Booked this on Chinese New Year's Eve. The hotel is right opposite Guangzhou Station, and it's super convenient to walk to Yuexiu Park. The breakfast was good too. It would be even better for families if there was a laundry room.

The room was large, clearly belonging to a well-established hotel, and looked quite nice, but the details were rather ordinary. The window was tiny, and there was a wall on the left, which was not very satisfactory.

I originally thought it was a big, luxurious, comfortable, five-star hotel or something, but it turned out to be quite old and the decoration was not well done, so it's just average, not bad nor great, just average.

I have to praise the hotel's service; it's truly thoughtful. The staff are all warm and attentive. Ms. Gao at the front desk even remembered my name and greeted me warmly. She even helped me arrange my preferred room. Parking and transportation are also super convenient, as the hotel is right on the highway entrance!

Jumeirah’s hotel is beautiful. My family of 5 stayed in the residences, which is in the building on the other side. Our suite had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining and a kitchen. The amenities were luxurious and the service was wonderful. It’s is located very close to the Guang Dong tower. I would stay here again.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the service is always excellent and very attentive. They even gave me a complimentary dessert.

Booked a family suite for this trip. Service is top notch. Front desk, concierge, porters, room service and housekeeping all are attentive, prompt and responsive to requests and need. Amenities within the suite are excellent. Breakfast spread is good and venue is well decorated and comfortable. There is a harp performance during breakfast, which I feel is really wonderful.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars out of 5, I would give it for the cleanliness and the service. Especially the service. The attentiveness is unparalleled. A few examples: 1. The location is excellent, with dedicated parking available at Winter Plaza B3. Before check-in, the guest ambassador, Zoey, even called ahead to ask if we were bringing children and to find out their ages so they could prepare kids' bedding, toiletries, and toys. The front desk staff are on duty 24/7, polite, and attentive. Everything was perfect.
