I visited here with my gf and they gave only one room key. Saying that they don’t have enough card key, which means If I have to go outside alone then someone in room cannot use electricity and light, so stupid. Considering chinese income this hotel price is not that cheap, but service is like this, and plus no one speak english(maybe it’s fine), worst experience in shenzhen~ I wanted spare key because I’m smoker and my gf is not, so I asked (sarcastically) then whether I can smoke in room because don’t have spare key, and they said yes, which means that then here is not really ‘smoking free’ hotel. So stupid measure, At least I could get an understanding of chinese standard.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby had a great Chinese New Year atmosphere. The service was fantastic, with a very cozy tea area. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Very close to the port and offers free parking. The hotel has a great location. The room has a window and is very comfortable. No strange smells, and the bedding is high quality and very cozy. This is my second time staying here.

Service: Terrible. The Ctrip order stated a garden view, but it actually faced a building that blocked the view. The photos showed floor-to-ceiling windows, but in reality, it was a small window. I reported this to the front desk, and they made me wait for over an hour.

Hygiene: There were multiple unknown hairs on the bed, and the floor was very dirty with stains, footprints, and dust.

Environment: Despite 'no smoking' signs, the room reeked of smoke. Someone was constantly smoking, causing me to be choked and woken up multiple times, leaving me smelling like smoke.

The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they offered to help with my luggage during check-in and even recommended local specialty restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and all the facilities were new. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including local specialties like [specific food item], and it tasted great. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service, which was very convenient for getting to the airport/high-speed rail station. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Environment: Relatively quiet, not on a main road, so it's not noisy, and parking is convenient.

The moment I walked in, the room was so small I couldn't even put my suitcase down. When I opened the comforter, there were long and short hairs, and a blue stain. I reported it to the hotel, and they only changed the sheets and duvet cover, with no attempt to address the issue. The most crucial part is that the toilet paper in the bathroom was left over from the previous guest; it wasn't a fresh roll for each new guest. I'm not sure if the disposable toiletries aren't provided or if they were hidden, but I searched the entire room and couldn't find them. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; the two people in the next room chatted all night long, and I could hear everything clearly, so I didn't get any sleep. Are your walls made of cardboard?! I'm completely fed up with this hotel. Out of all the hotels I've booked on Ctrip, this is by far the worst.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my family and neighbors and their kids, we got back too late, so everyone agreed to stay somewhere not too far from the border crossing. It was clean and hygienic, and there was a faint, pleasant scent even in the hallways.

The bed was really soft and the room was clean with no strange smells. The front desk service was very attentive and thoughtful, and the location was good too – less than a ten-minute walk to the subway station. The only thing is the hotel building is a bit old, but that's to be expected given its location in Huanggang.
