Terrible hotel. The ceilings are really low, making the room feel cramped and depressing. It said it was renovated in 2024, but it clearly dates back to 2017 and looks very old and run-down. Definitely not worth the price. The cleanliness was poor, and the front desk service was even worse.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was so clean I almost didn't want to wear shoes. The bedding was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was super gentle and always ready to help. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This hotel is one of my go-to places whenever I stay in Luohu District. The front desk staff are decent, and check-in is always quick. The hotel's location is super convenient, right by a subway exit, which makes getting around very easy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. All in all, a good choice!

I changed from the Executive Level to another floor as the EL is not non smoking.
The local guests normally open their room doors when smoking inside the rooms

The hotel environment is fantastic, with views of all these tall buildings nearby. It's just one stop away from Guomao station on Metro Line 1, near Luohu Port. Breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee was great, though there weren't many green vegetables, plenty of fruit though. At 40 yuan per person, I can't really say if it's cheap or expensive. Parking was a bit of a rip-off; I stayed one night, crossed over to Hong Kong, and when I came back to pick up my car in the evening, they charged me 60 yuan, saying it was policy. That policy is a bit pricey. Other than that, everything else was truly excellent!

Excellent experience, 10/10! I'd definitely recommend it to friends. Both the location and service were great. My only minor gripe was the lack of milk at breakfast, which I found a bit inconvenient. Hope that can be improved. Looking forward to staying again!

Great hotel located in a very strategic location close to nearby shopping district and food market! Although somewhat old, they have renovated the hotel and the furnishings are modern and clean. The dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor is a must visit!
