Everything was great, especially the service from Manager Xiao Ma at the front desk. The self-service laundry on the third floor was super convenient, and there are tons of good restaurants nearby. The lobby also has a coffee bar, which is perfect for someone like me who gets sleepy easily, haha! 😄

The service was excellent! The front desk staff upgraded my room for free. I really liked the room with the separate wet and dry areas; the layout was very sensible, spacious, and comfortable. They even tidied up our room when we went out for a walk, which was a nice touch.
The only minor drawback was on the first night: the room facing the road was too hot and a bit noisy. Shenzhen suddenly got warm during this season, but the hotel hadn't switched on its cooling system yet.
For the next two nights, the front desk helped us move to the only king-size bed room on the 9th floor that wasn't facing the sun, and it was so much more comfortable! They were incredibly patient and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen. Thank you all so much, I love you guys!

Booked this hotel for a business trip. It's brand new, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and I'm very satisfied with my stay! 👍

The hotel lobby smells so bad!
The room assigned to me is clean but the body wash is empty so was requested to do the re-fill.
The gifts included in the package needs to remind the staff.
welcome desserts changed to fruits (can see in the picture)
the luckin coffee is not real as staff mentioned it is in breakfast buffet so it’s not luckin coffee.
Front desk staff are careless and not approachable.
Buffet breakfast is so-so.
Okay for 1 night staycation only.

The hotel was very welcoming. They even gave us a small dessert made by the hotel chef when we checked in. The breakfast was plentiful, and Xiao Han at the front desk provided excellent service! She helped us get a late check-out until 2 PM, so we could even go back to sleep after breakfast. It was so comfortable!

We were extremely happy with the hotel. My family of three stayed here this time and we all loved it. There's ample free parking, the hotel was very quiet, and the breakfast spread was especially plentiful. Many young businesswomen also stay here. If our schedule allows, we'll definitely stay here again next time.

Great experience overall, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I accidentally left an item behind, and they proactively contacted me about it. Plus, they even have delivery robots!
14.08.2025
They couldn't even print a proper itemized bill. It took them several minutes of fumbling around, and when they finally produced one, they claimed the amount wasn't visible. Even after I pointed out the missing amount, they outright refused to include the room charge. I needed this for business reimbursement. While I understand that the official tax invoice is issued by the booking platform, I had specifically requested the bill to have the crucial official stamp, yet it was still missing. The front desk experience was extremely poor.
