Vienna consistently meets expectations, which is its greatest strength. This hotel offers excellent value for money, with clean and spacious rooms. Its location is fantastic, just a three-minute walk to the Rainbow Shopping Mall and the pedestrian street in Dongmen Old Street. It's a peaceful spot despite being close to the bustling area. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can hear the shower running upstairs and next door, like it's raining heavily outside. The front desk staff are all very accommodating, and the young woman who checked me in had a lovely smile.

I chose the Vienna Hotel in Dongmen Old Street for my trip to Shenzhen after a long search on Ctrip. This was my first time staying at a Vienna Hotel, and it left a great impression on me. First off, the location is excellent, very close to the Old Street, making transportation, shopping, and dining all very convenient. Even though it's in a bustling area, the room was incredibly quiet at night. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even upgraded my room for free. The room itself was clean and tidy; although the facilities weren't brand new, the hygiene was impeccable. There was also hot date tea in the lobby, and on a rainy day, a cup of hot date tea warmed me right up, body and soul. All in all, I'm very satisfied.
