Hotel staff is extremely helpful and try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms and other parts of the hotel are very clean and crisp. What I didn't like is that about half the rooms in the hotel have no window (interior rooms with Windows facing a wall ten inch in front, no daylight at all). Some booking system might inform you about this when you book their cheapest rooms. My one didn't. Still besides the issue with the window I was really happy starting there. Also good location to go eating and shopping Chinese style. The walk to the metro was 10 minutes and walking to CoCo Shopping Mall about 15 minutes.

Excellent! The ambiance is great, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The air conditioning works perfectly, making it feel like a five-star hotel experience.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as I entered the room, I was impressed by its cleanliness – no dust or water stains on the floors, tables, or bathroom corners, and no strange odors. The bedding was soft and tidy. The soundproofing was excellent; I had a completely undisturbed night's sleep.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and supermarket. While it's not newly renovated, it's clean and tidy overall, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was filling and delicious, with a good variety of options.

This hotel's hygiene is absolutely terrible! Before I went to bed, everything seemed fine, but when I woke up the next morning, my feet were covered in bites. When I saw a doctor back home, they confirmed it was papular urticaria caused by insect bites. Based on the bite marks, it was most likely fleas or bed bugs. The front desk staff here was already worse than other hotels, but after getting bitten, the medical expenses and the discomfort for so many days just weren't worth it. I had to use ointment and take anti-allergy, anti-insect bite medication. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish! I was bitten on my feet even though I was wearing pajamas, and my mom woke up the next morning with bites on her hands. Even AI said it was most likely insect bites when I asked.

The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was very soft. The location is about 900 meters from the subway, which isn't super close. It's not a standalone hotel building; it shares space with offices and a club. Overall, for the price during the Chinese New Year period, it's pretty good value for money.
