The location is very good, but the service is lacking. For example, in the room, you can't find any information about where the gym, swimming pool (which floor it's on), kids' room, etc., are located. Also, there’s no comb, so you have to call every time, and there’s no tissue paper.

Reliable brand, but a little dated. Nonetheless, we still had a very comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, breakfast spread was good tho lack variety (they didnt change the menu). Service was hit and miss. Only few were very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall of the room and service are good. The bad thing is the lift where very confusing as need to take a lift to 33th floor, and then change another lift to the room level level.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Although we arrived at the hotel around 11 AM, they let us into a room that had already been cleaned. Also, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which allowed us to relax.

The room is a bit old-fashioned. The facilities are complete, clean, tidy, comfortable and warm. The surrounding environment is beautiful. There is a small riverside. Served the purpose for a quick overnight stay not too far away from a metro station.  Entering the building is slightly challenging as you have to register your ID digitally with the building's management and city officials at the lobby before you could use the turnstiles and elevators.
