The hotel lobby is grand and spacious, with stunning night views. The bathroom features a wet and dry separation, and the toiletries are excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, close to many attractions. The room decor is cozy, perfect for families. The hotel lobby, designed by professionals, is reassuring. The breakfast is extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options. The room has great natural light and a wide, open view. The environment is quiet, ideal for business travel, and the conference facilities and services are professional.

The room was spotless, with great natural light and a fantastic view. It's well-equipped, and there's a self-service gym and laundry room on the eighth floor. The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the subway station, making it easy to get to the Universiade Sports Center. The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable, the hygiene is strictly maintained, and the facilities are well-kept. The staff were attentive and polite, and the location is convenient for getting around – it's away from the noise yet still very accessible. My stay here was absolutely perfect, I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

An older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but it's still clean and tidy. The only minor issue is that the curtains don't block out much light. The dim sum on the second floor for breakfast was pretty good, the taste was decent.

We had a great stay in the summer! The hotel has a free swimming pool, which was perfect for taking the family and kids for a swim. Dandan at the front desk provided excellent service.

The front desk staff, Zhou Zhen, provided professional service, making the check-in process simple. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.

The hotel staff, especially Shirley (诗敏), provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I received a warm welcome.

The lobby is magnificent, the room is spacious and clean, and the bed is cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is quite delicious. It truly embodies the steady confidence of a four-star hotel. Parking is also very convenient.

The only drawback is that the gym is practically useless. It only has a few machines that I'm not even sure if they work, and there are no free weights like dumbbells or barbells.

On a positive note, the front desk staff was professional and friendly, and very pleasant to look at – one of them strongly resembled a younger Zhang Ziyi, which really added to the hotel's appeal. I even found out her name: He Ruibian.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and odor-free, with brand-new facilities. Soundproofing and natural light were excellent. Xiaohong, the staff member, was incredibly polite and efficient. The location was easy to find, and I felt very comfortable and secure. Highly recommend!

This hotel had terrible hygiene. The moment I walked into the room, there was a strong musty smell. I then saw that the walls were waterlogged, peeling, and covered in mold! I figured I'd just tough it out for one night since I was there for business, but it turned out to be a disaster. The worst part was that after just one night, I was bitten relentlessly by midges or fleas. My hands, back, waist, and neck were covered in countless incredibly itchy bites! They didn't go away for days and kept itching! They even left scars! This has been an incredibly frustrating and deeply annoying experience.
