The only four-star hotel here in Phuket, and honestly, it doesn't live up to its rating. It seems like it's been around for a long time, as the facilities are really old and dated. The cabinet doors even creak when you open them. I could overlook the outdated hardware if the service was good, but that's not the case either. I asked for a bathtub liner and non-slip slippers, but they didn't have any, and the staff's attitude was very impatient, just repeatedly saying, 'No, none at all.' The staff at breakfast were quite nice, but the food quality was also very hard to rate.

Compared to luxury hotels, this place offers great value for money. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My clients were very satisfied with their stay.

The hotel's exterior and lobby were decent, but the room itself was small and dated. The desk lamp made a creaking noise that sometimes startled me when I was focused on work. I also paid an extra 60 for breakfast, which was supposed to end at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:30 AM and there was practically nothing left – just a small, cold, unappetizing portion of fried rice. Even the congee had scraped the bottom of the pot and couldn't be served. Seriously, all the dishes were empty, not a single bit left. I doubt I'm the only one who's experienced this. In all my years of business travel, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this, especially for a price of 440, which isn't cheap. Sigh.

The hotel is a bit old. It was 12 degrees Celsius in Shenzhen during winter, and there was no hot air conditioning. The duvets in the room were summer-weight, and I woke up freezing in the morning! The gym was a plus though, with a good selection of equipment.

Facilities: Extremely old, felt very outdated. Hygiene: So-so. Service: Very few staff, only saw one person at the front desk in the lobby.

The check-in process and the hospitality shown by the staff were excellent, warm, professional, and accommodating. Our initial room, however, had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite our request for a non-smoking room. After expressing our concern to the front desk, the staff promptly reassigned us to another room, which was much better and more comfortable.
Breakfast offered a reasonable variety and was satisfactory, though not particularly memorable. The hotel’s location is fantastic , just a few meters from a metro station, making it very convenient to explore the city.
The overall ambiance of the hotel is pleasant, but the interiors could benefit from a refresh to reflect a more modern aesthetic in line with hotels of similar rating.
That said, I truly appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, whose service made our stay enjoyable.

The location was incredibly easy to find – just 410 meters from the East Railway Station, exactly as navigation showed. This was perfect for my early morning meeting. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was also spotless. The only minor issue was the breakfast on the second floor; its quality could definitely be improved. Overall, a fantastic stay!
