The service support was good and prompt
the breakfast was relatively poor, limitation of choice
Inside the room, lights has an annoying feature of self turn-off after a short period of time. Maybe for green reason. Don’t think it is appropriate/nesccessary for a premise ran as four/five star hotel.
Also , that neighbourhood of Luo Wu was not worth these pricing. And the breakfast was little underwhelming. And the hospitality was little like security guard. They should definitely visit some international brand name to see how the experience is to be crafted.
Overall, the hardware was there but it definitely need more soul to be a guest worthy place.
