This hotel offers an excellent overall experience. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The free luggage storage was a huge plus for travelers. The biggest surprise was the robot delivery service; it was quiet, convenient, and didn't disturb our rest – a truly thoughtful detail. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

My friend booked this for me. It's located near the hotel I was staying at, just an 8-minute walk from Line 10, Exit B, and also very close to Shenzhen North Station, which is super convenient. My friend found it very comfortable, with complete facilities, and there are places to grab a late-night snack nearby. Highly recommend!

The hotel has free parking right next to it, which is super convenient. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. There's also a laundry room on the third floor. Best of all, it offers great value for money!

The hotel service is very accommodating and they address all your needs. The room is also very clean. The hotel has a great location, with a bus stop nearby and close proximity to the subway. There are even free snacks, fruits, and coffee available on the first floor. Five-star rating, it's superb!

First time staying at this hotel, and everything about it was great. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, tidy, and didn't have any strange smells. There's a huge, beautifully designed garden on the rooftop too. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked this hotel by chance and was so pleasantly surprised! The room was much more spacious than I expected, with great natural light – I never felt cramped. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and professional during check-in; they even upgraded my room for free and offered me tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. My whole experience was excellent. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to visit again.
