Kingkey Oriental Regent Hotel

Shenzhen, No. 8 Jinhua Street, Luohu, 518001 Shenchzhen, Guandun, Kitay (60 min from centre) 🧭

3 min

The room in this hotel was exceptionally well-decorated, and I was very pleased with it. I particularly loved the clean bed, and there was even a table by the bed for relaxing. The chair was incredibly comfortable, and the space felt quite roomy. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shenzhen North Railway Station, Hongling South Metro Station, and the Shenzhen Grand Theatre. As a 4-star hotel, its interior facilities and updates are modern and well-maintained. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and professional. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It's an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I've stayed here many times, and it's always as convenient as ever, with excellent staff. The soundproofing is decent, and the bedding is quite comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, some of the facilities have been updated.

i have had experiences in this hotel over two times . the staff showed smart and passion even front desk or the labours . especially the foom service. feeling very well

The room was nice with a great view outside. The location is convenient, and most importantly, it's a trustworthy brand with excellent attention to detail. Facilities: A bit old-fashioned Hygiene: Very clean Service: Very attentive The transportation is genuinely convenient, with a subway station right outside.

Very satisfied with this established hotel. The room facilities are a bit old, but the location is truly excellent. The toiletries provided are also quite good, and the room type even comes with a bathtub. Plus, there are charging stations downstairs, which is really convenient!

Novotel Shenzhen Watergate

Shenzhen, 1019 Shennan Zhong Rd (45 min from centre) 🧭

4 min

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but decent. It's clean and the room is spacious. The Wi-Fi isn't great, especially in the restaurant where there's barely any signal. Breakfast was really underwhelming, very basic. On the plus side, it's quite close to the subway.

A standard, old-school high-star business hotel, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. The location is excellent, though the facilities are a bit dated. Big thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade to an Accor member floor.

The room feels a bit dated, which is understandable given its age, but it's well-maintained. The toiletries and towels were new. However, it doesn't quite live up to the Novotel standards I've experienced before; it lacks that premium feel.

I booked this last minute and got a surprisingly good deal and was even upgraded to a superior king room which comes with a bathtub. Room was spacious. Though there were obvious signs of aging e.g. towels fraying and mildew around the bathtub, everything was generally clean. Location was near huaqiangbei though i did not go there. There were a few train station exits for line 1, 9, 11 nearby about...

Decent, but the soundproofing isn't great.

Good location, quiet place, nice staff and helpful, rooms are big enough, free minibar
