The hotel should have mentioned that it is a smoking hotel. People were smoking in the lobby and the room smells terrible like a smoking lobby. The room’s air quality was bad. We had respiratory issues because of the room and smoke and had to leave early as we could not spend the night in the terrible room.

I recently stayed at a hotel located about 1 kilometer from Suzhou Station and approximately 640 meters from the nearest subway station. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but I noticed that the air conditioning system had not been properly cleaned. This led to poor indoor air quality, which made it uncomfortable and could potentially cause respiratory issues. Overall, while the location was convenient, the air quality issue was a significant drawback.

I took two elders to stay in the family room for a trip. The mattress of the 1.2 small bed was extremely hard. I have never stayed in such a hard mattress in a hotel. My back hurt when I got up. Moreover, the hotel price on the day of check-in was reduced by RMB 70. The same date made me very unhappy. If you want to make a reservation, please don’t book in advance.

It's okay, the water is big and it's comfortable to take a bath, but the bathroom has a strong smell.
The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to the Beisi Pagoda, Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. It's quite quiet at night. I had a lot of fun in Suzhou.

The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are complete. The aunt who cleaned the room after staying for a few days was also very enthusiastic. It is very convenient to live in. It is very close to the scenic spot. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and the subway station is next to the Beisi Pagoda. There are also other hotels near the hotel. There is a moat. You can go shopping in the evening when you have nothing to do. It is a very nice hotel.

The room is small, the bathroom is small, there is no door handle in the shower room, the TV cannot be turned on, the bedding is old, the facilities are poor, and the service is average. I originally booked it for two days based on the online review of 4.5. The accommodation experience was too bad, so I had to advance Check out, not recommended.

The front desk service is good and the details are in place. The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is comfortable, the water pressure is high, the water is fast, the water temperature is comfortable, the bath is comfortable, the Internet speed is fast, the room layout is simple and generous, the sheets are also very clean, and the ventilation is in place. You can sit by the window Seeing the scenery outside, you feel at ease when you check in. The location of the hotel is very good, the transportation is very convenient, travel is stress-free, and there are many places to eat around. The room facilities are very good and the room is very clean and tidy. The front desk also provides free storage service, and the check-in experience is very satisfying!

Well, the location is good, but the breakfast is not good and the soundproofing is not good

Very good, very clean, quite quiet, convenient transportation, close to the subway
01.02.2024 M54567****
There is only a curtain between the room and the corridor, and the curtain is not fully closed (as shown in the picture). It is really terrible for a girl to live there, and the sound insulation is very poor!
