The hotel was very clean, comfortable and convenient, thank you!
Excellent location. A few steps from Metro line 4. Clean and roomy. Staffs are excellent and patient with Google translator.
Pros: The staff is friendly. There is a small fridge in the room. The room is bright. There is a bathtub. Cons: The location is not ideal—it’s far from the main attractions, and those nearby are not very interesting. The hotel is showing its age. Some furniture is chipped, and there is mold in the bathroom. The cleaning staff used chlorine, leaving a strong smell that lingered for the entire next...
Price is slightly high as the breakfast is excluded compared to others. Overall is good, the front desk and technicians are helpful when needed
Excellent hotel. The room was clean, spacious. Good location, close to the subway. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
The overall experience was very good. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the underground and 15 minutes away from railway station.

Great location, comfortable bed, amazing value for money. They accept foreigners despite being a budget hotel, which I discovered is hard to find.

Very good, clean, and convenient.
Located in the middle of the community's commercial street, parking is convenient. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, efficient and patient during check-in, and they answer any questions carefully. They greet you with a smile throughout, making your stay very comfortable. The service is top-notch!
When I woke up in room 411, I saw dozens of bugs crawling on the bed, on the floor, on the floor of the bathroom, on the toilet, and in the shower. It was so scary! Please notify the hotel to carry out pest control, please 🙏🙏🙏

I don't know why the room was locked before midnight. It was the first time I saw this. It took a long time to find the front desk and the cleaning staff, which caused my high-speed train to be delayed. It was funny that I scanned and didn't add the card before 11:30.

The room is good but I Think the corridor carpet need to change or they may be doing renovation now. The hotel is near great food. Can go to 椿不老 restaurant to eat. Great food. Ask the receptionist for directions. They very friendly and courteous.
Facilities: Modern, even the toilets are smart. Cleanliness: Very clean, no strange odors, and the cleaning staff are diligent. Environment: Very convenient location, easy to get to Guanqian Street and Shantang Street. Service: The service staff are enthusiastic.
Amenities: The room was well-equipped. Service: Not bad, things I needed were delivered promptly, and for the non-smoking room request, they opened windows in advance for ventilation and used an air purifier. Hygiene: Overall, the room was tidy and clean. There were a few mold spots on the bathroom wall, so I suggest scrubbing them off next time. It was a bit inconvenient that there was nowhere to...
Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Very good Service: Attitude was very satisfying The price is reasonable, it's very clean, and the staff's attitude is excellent!
The hotel's location is super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it easy to get to attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden and Pingjiang Road. There are also plenty of old-fashioned snack shops nearby, so you don't have to go far for sightseeing or good food. I really liked the environment too. The decor is simple but comfortable, and both the common areas...
It was just an average stay. The room wasn't very big, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Prices are a bit high on weekends, so you need to book in advance. Weekday prices are quite affordable. Overall, it's decent; it really depends on your personal experience.

Really good service and breakfast is delicious.
The breakfast provided by the hotel tastes good. The room is very spacious and the view from the window is also good. The front desk staff I met during my stay were very friendly. They even gave me a snack bag when I checked out.
The place is quiet. The service staff is very professional. You can see the big pants in the room you stay in.
The hotel environment is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the hotel is close to the subway entrance, and the transportation is very convenient. The lady at the front desk is super nice and helped me to delay the check-out for free! The lady is super gentle and super patient! ! ! 100 fainted!
First time visiting Suzhou Because the tourist attraction on the first day was in Subo, I chose Hanting. I have to say that the service from the guy at the front desk is really warm. Especially when I checked out on February 10th and stored my luggage. I came back to pick up my luggage around three o'clock in the afternoon. I praised the lady wearing glasses for being so enthusiastic. She looked at...
Overall, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very cold and the air conditioner didn't work well. I called customer service and they said to increase the temperature a little bit. The air conditioner just didn't work. Room 311 has poor sound insulation and the room is very small. Bad review
