Without a doubt, this is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms and facilities are old and run-down. Everything from the walls to the elevators and the room fixtures was filthy. The weirdest thing is there's no proper shower in the room, just a bathtub. If you want to shower, you have to stand inside the tub and use a handheld sprayer. The location is very Excellent and near the Metro. Lots of restaurants and roadside stalls. There are shops that sell clothes etc. Many choices to choose from. Stayed for 3D2N at this Hotel Soul Suzhou in October 2024. The hotel is just 5mins walk from Chayuanchang metro station 察院场(地铁站) via Exit 3. The exit 3 has upward escalator but no downward escalator. Drove here and specifically chose this hotel. It has an underground parking garage, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right on Guanqian Street, and getting to Pingjiang Road is super convenient. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety.
