This is a truly historical garden hotel. I looked it up, and it was built during the Qing Dynasty, making it a tourist attraction in itself. The location is unbeatable; you just step out and you're on Pingjiang Road, which is Suzhou's most iconic ancient street and a must-visit when in Suzhou. You can easily walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum from here....

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to several attractions, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The hotel has its own garden, which is perfect for photoshoots, especially during holidays when tourist spots are crowded. The vegetarian noodles for breakfast were delicious and made up for not being able to try the vegetarian noodles at Xiyuan Temple this time...

The room was quite comfortable, and the hotel itself had an antique garden style, which was very charming. The front desk service was especially attentive. I requested a one-hour late check-out until 1 PM, and the front desk staff immediately checked the possibility and promptly extended my room key.

The room is conveniently located near the museum and Humble Administrator's Garden, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a lotus market across the street, and the environment is quiet.

The hotel boasts convenient transportation, quiet rooms, and excellent cleanliness, all complemented by efficient service. Check-in was quick, and the overall experience was very pleasant. It's definitely my top choice for business travel.

The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and it was also close to nearby attractions! There's a lively Lotus Market right across from the hotel, and it's super close to Humble Administrator's Garden and Pingjiang Road, about a ten-minute walk. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the location is convenient, the facilities are complete, the service attitude is good, and the room design is very comfortable. Can be improved: The mattress is a bit hard and the bathroom hygiene can be improved.

The room is very clean and has no odor. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. The room is also very soundproof. The surrounding area is very quiet and convenient for travel. I will stay here again next time I come to Suzhou

The top wall is peeling off, but it's not serious. I stayed in the first room of the annex building, which was a bit noisy with people coming and going, and the door banging when the wind was opened, which was a bit scary in the middle of the night. Other things were OK, and the service was satisfactory.

The environment is very good. Whether it is around the hotel or inside the room, the facilities are rich. There is a mirror with light in the room. The bathroom not only has two sinks, but the hygiene inside is also very clean. The toilet flush button is at the bottom and is kicked. The disposable utensils (toothbrush, comb, soap slippers, etc.) are decent. I thought they were equipped in a big hotel...

The service of the ladies at the front desk was very good, very gentle, kind and polite! I saw the disposable toilet seat in the bathroom and decided to renew it immediately. Hahahaha, it's really detailed and cost-effective! It's also very quiet at night, a few steps away from the Humble Administrator's Garden, and it's also very convenient to go to Pingjiang Road!

The location is excellent, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was well-heated, I didn't feel cold at all. Booked an amazing B&B for my daughter and me in Suzhou! The tea the landlady brewed was incredibly fragrant, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely loved how clean it was.

This was my first time staying at a B&B, and it was a wonderful surprise! The service was warm and welcoming, and the place was spotless. It's super close to the Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Pingjiang Road, and the subway is really convenient too. Highly recommend!
