The location is perfect. I walked downstairs in the morning and evening and it was very comfortable.

I often go out, but this is the first time I feel like complaining about a hotel. The hotel's location navigation is not accurate, the hotel structure is cramped, the facilities are old, the room type is strange, the hygiene is poor, there are no slippers for the shower, and the elderly almost fell. The hardware is poor, but the receptionist is a man with a bad attitude and poor communication. The room is far from the front desk, the phone is useless, no one answered the front desk, and I had to run to the front desk for help, but the male manager at the front desk was cold and said, "You can stay or not." In short, the elderly were very angry, and their impression of Suzhou was ruined by this hotel.

The breakfast has many varieties and tastes good, and the price/performance ratio is good. The waiter's attitude is enthusiastic and deserves praise. The hotel has a good location, just a stone's throw away from Jinji Lake, and you can see the beautiful scenery of Jinji Lake Ligong Dike from the hotel.

The hotel by the Jinji Lake offers a lakeside view and relaxation. It's a pity that I stayed here on a business trip this time, and the time was a bit tight. Next time, I will make an appointment in advance and stay a few more days to have a good rest and relax. The hotel is convenient for travel, and the hygiene and service are very nice👍. It has been raining recently, and I can also order food upstairs when I stay at home, which is quite convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, the room is clean and tidy, and the color scheme is what I like. There is a subway station outside, and Jinji Lake is next to it. You can take a walk by the lake at night, and the view is great. I will consider staying here next time.
