The service is great , especially my credit for Me Yang who is very kind to us, give service sincerely and genuinely.

However, I had trouble finding the hotel entrance because it's in the basement, and Amap wasn't very helpful. Here are clearer directions: The nearest metro station is Dongfangzhimen. Take Exit 3 of the Dongfangzhimen metro station, turn left as you exit the station towards the boardwalk (which is more of a concrete/tiled path), and walk straight. Look for a Starbucks (shouldn't have to walk more than 5 minutes for this); the Ibis hotel is right next to it. You will need to take the stairs down to the basement (there is also an escalator a minute further along).
The room itself was very basic and nothing special. The walls separating the bedroom and the bathroom had some very ugly stains that looked like they could have been easily cleaned with soap and water. It was unclear why no one had cleaned them, which was gross.
