Always a wonderful stay at the Jervois! Thoroughly enjoyed my time. Large comfortable room. Location is convenient to ferry port, restaurants and shopping!

The hotel was good but there was a 1000 HKD deposit charge on my credit card that was only returned after i emailed the hotel about it, the whole process took 3 weeks. For me it was a bit inconvenient since im used to received deposit upon check out.

A nice hotel with very spacious rooms. We stayed in the family suite with two people, and there was an excess amount of space. Love that they have local coffee for the Nespresso machine that is included in the room.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay very enjoyable. What really stood out, however, was the staff—they were efficient and friendly.
However, I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine. It just wouldn't turn on. The room didn't have a hair dryer or toothbrush, which was a bit inconvenient.

The Jervois is more serviced apartment than hotel. Very good sized room as compared to most Hong Kong hotels but there are no facilities. Location is very convenient with the mtr being minutes away. Lots of food and coffeeshops in the neighbourhood.

Very limited service available from a tiny front desk. Phone is never picked up. Minimum flexibility and communication attitude is really bad. We tried calling them to communicate an emergency situation causing us not able to arrive from afternoon and they had been dragging us from afternoon till night and never resolved and demonstrated distrust and refusing communication. Nothing even close to a warm welcoming hotel that we expected. Truly disappointing experience. We would never book this one again and would not recommend.

I checked in on the evening of January 29, 2025 and paid a deposit of HKD 1500 by swiping my card. I have checked out and checked out three days ago, but the deposit has not been refunded yet. If the hotel staff sees this message, please arrange to refund the deposit as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

The food was as it is to be expected from a Pizza Hut (good), but they prepared the wrong pizza, the Portuguese rice and chicken was very saucy (in a good way so ?), bathroom was relatively clean.

Not keen on Pizza Hut food but could change my mind. Pizza very good, let down a little by not the friendliest and most helpful of managers.
But, forgetting the manager, the food, cleanliness were good and I enjoyed my meal.

Sorry, I understand it may be busy, or hot, or even tiring. However you guys are working in the F&B industry, how about some hospitality. Your waiters say they are fixing up the tables but they are seen to be doing other things other than fixing up the tables.
Your waitresses look like they are incapable of smiling or even replying to a simple question about the correct menu being placed on our tables.
Used to love coming here because it is comfortable to take children here because the staff were friendly. This has changed dramatically.

A good place to relax and nice place for a laid-back Sunday afternoon. There is a good range of food. And very similar to other Castello concept restaurants. Price range is around 100-200 for a plate.

No staff greeted us even when they saw us come in, I had to go and ask if we can seat ourselves at any table. We also had to ask for menu and water, as no one bothered to follow up. Poor service but food is great l, I'll give them that.
