Old hotel, however it has a certain rustic grandeur to its rooms. An antique kind of charm. Surprisingly clean and well maintained with pleasant staff. Only issue is I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom one morning.

+: Stayed in family room, enough for 3 adult and 2 children. Cold aircon (But the Aircon Wind is too Windy and Noisy eventhough i've put in speed 1).
Light is bright, bath tub, hair dryer, fridge available. Good location. Near bus stop, tram and but a bit far from mtr. Worth the price.
Can ask for extra Pillow.
Hair dryer provided.
-: Dont provide neither bottle nor glass water. water dispenser available only ob Gym on 3rd floor.. You can use tap water and heat it up. No microwave. Towel is paper towel. Felt strange to use.
No toothbrush. Have 2in1 bath soap and shampoo.
Had to request for floor mat, face towel , xtra towel and Extra 2 Pillow. Only gave 2 paper towel at first in a family room.
A bit far from MTR.
Wifi was so so. Sometimes good sometimes bad.
Conclusion: I think everything is worth it and great value since we were out the whole time to explore HK.

Do not stay here at any cost.
1. Check-in Incident
I had recently changed my name, and unfortunately the name on my Agoda booking did not match my passport. I understand that the hotel could not allow check-in under those circumstances.
However, what was unacceptable was the attitude of the staff. They were unfriendly, showed no service mind, did not smile, and made no effort to help. I even offered to show my official name change document, but they were not interested. Instead, they simply told me to sit down and contact Agoda myself, then come back to the counter once everything was sorted.
I understand the policy, but the way it was handled was extremely poor. If you work in hospitality, at least show some willingness to assist your guests.
2. Very Old Room
The room was extremely dated. Some of the lights were not even working. And have unpleasant smell in the room.
3. Toilet Issues
The toilet did not flush properly.
4. Water Quality
The tap water had an unpleasant smell.
5. Misleading First Impression
The location is decent and the exterior of the hotel looks fine. But the moment you step into the elevator, it feels like you’ve traveled back to your parents’ generation. The hotel is old and poorly maintained.
Honestly, this is partly my mistake for relying on the reviews and assuming it would be acceptable. I understand it’s a 3-star hotel and expectations should be reasonable for the price. If the property is old but the staff are friendly and helpful, that’s something I can overlook.

Old hotel but I got a refurbished room. The carpets along the corridor needs a clean.
Location is the reason I chose the hotel. Mosque is less than 5 minutes away and a few of halal options nearby. Connectivity from bus stops to ding ding is just a few minutes away. Market, 7-11 and 24h laundry are all less than 5 minutes walk away. Times square takes about 15mins stroll.
Staff were professional and rooms kept clean daily. Luggage storage available for those who needs the service.

The hotel is a bit dated and the room is quite small, which is something to be aware of. The location is not very close to the MTR station, so walking with luggage may be slightly inconvenient.
On the positive side, the city view from the room is nice, and having a gym is a definite plus. Overall, it’s an acceptable option if you manage expectations and prioritize views and basic facilities over space and modern design.

Reasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.

Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders
Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus,
So many Shopping centres and food centers
I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast.
Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering.

Luck to get high level room for better view .I love this location and easy to go anywhere. Also, you can find many location food nearby market too.

I always make sure to order a xia long bao. Never disappoints. But make sure you get the order in early because it can take a while to make when busy.

stroller and pwd friendly place. staff are attentative. xia long bao is a must try. their wonton noodles is also excellent. place get packed during lunch time and dinner time.

Yesterday, my wife and I ate at Crystal Jade in Times Square. She became ill within a few hours. I believe the noodles with pork was the culprit as we shared the fried pork buns. Very disappointed. My wife is still sick.

Awesome awesome noodles, dumplings and bao. You can watch the people make the noodles before your eyes. Definitely tasty place.

Good place for meeting friends. Delicious food too. After meal, I'd like to bring friends to enjoy foot and body treatment in Zenxes foot retreat nearby. Very professional and modern. Here we can meet many foreign residents who relax so much in Zenxes too. Super!

Five stars for the ramen. Super rich broth and beautifully cooked noodles. Their homemade spicy sauce is a must. Definitely worth the wait.

Even it’s a Level 10 hot and spicy noodle, you can still taste its delicious pork broth. A thick and full of flavor soup base. Highly recommended especially if you like strong flavor foods.

Had a line up, this was formerly voted number 1 ramen place in hong kong on openrice apparently according to my friend just a few months ago. A newer hipper place opened just next door and that is now the #1 place. How quick the crowns change hands here. This place has a nice decor, big windows, quick service and probably the best bowl of ramen I have ever had although it was pretty expensive for ramen. It did taste quite good and did not leave me with a stomachache from excessive oil or salt. You're probably going to have to sit with strangers in this place, but it's fine. Hong kong people are good at not getting into each other's personal space.
