The room wasn't as old as I'd imagined, and the front desk staff were really proactive and friendly, upgrading me to a renovated room. The view was great, and the room was clean and bright. Both the male and female staff at the front desk were very warm and attentive.

Traveling with my little one, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room, which was so thoughtful! The room is much more spacious than the standard king room. My child absolutely loved playing with the little tent and toys. I didn't have to worry about them running and jumping around in the room, as all the table corners had protectors. The room was super clean, which is the most important thing for me when staying at a hotel. Highly recommend!

This hotel has an antique charm, but its best feature is the excellent staff service. The front desk was especially welcoming, and the switchboard operator even helped arrange a honeymoon setup when she found out it was our honeymoon. The housekeeping auntie has great taste. The lobby decor feels very luxurious. The hotel has its own large parking lot, which is convenient for new energy vehicles as there are charging stations in the front yard. The front desk staff were very service-oriented and proactively upgraded my room, making the check-in process very smooth.

I stayed here while visiting relatives in Xi'an, and it was super convenient. My favorite part was the small kitchen where I could make a simple breakfast. The service was excellent; they were always responsive and made me feel right at home. It's an older hotel, but the furnishings are tasteful, comfortable, elegant, and very clean.
