My stay at HUALUXE Xi’an Chanba was great. The hotel boasts modern facilities, and the staff delivers warm, professional service.

Special thanks to Zihe from Guest Relations for her thoughtful assistance—she proactively arranged high-floor rooms for us and quickly corrected a welcome fruit delivery mistake with sincere follow-up. Alice, the Front Desk Supervisor, also impressed with her detailed explanation of Diamond benefits and her willingness to offer personal cold medicine when I needed it.

The twin room was spacious, clean, and well-aligned with HUALUXE’s signature Chinese-inspired luxury. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfortable bed and quiet environment ensured restful sleep.

A few downsides: The hotel lacks a lounge, though dining vouchers are provided. The air conditioning remained fixed at around 27°C, which was slightly warm. Also, the transparent glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom may be uncomfortable for twin-room guests.

Overall, the hotel offers excellent value and is a great choice for family and leisure stays.

It's very quiet and the room is very clean. Children and the elderly love it very much. It's also very close to the "A Romance of the Past" performance and opposite the outlet mall. It's very convenient for eating and shopping. I recommend staying here. It would be better if the Chinese food buffet could have more dishes.

Overall, the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation. A taxi from the airport is a quick, half-hour drive, and there's an outlet mall across the street. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite generous, with a selection of Xi'an specialties, but overall, nothing particularly outstanding; it was standard for a five-star hotel. No significant flaws.
Considering the price, it was excellent value.

The overall stay was satisfactory, but the mattress in the panoramic room was softer than the previous double room, so the sleep was not very comfortable. I hope it can be improved. Alice at the front desk asked about the stay experience after I checked out, and it was good.

The room is very new and the facilities are good, but the service is a bit behind. I called in the afternoon to ask for water and pillows, but they were not delivered until the evening. I had to call again 😂😂😂

The room layout is great, and the shower is waterproof!

The room was very quiet. My flight was late and the front desk girl was very nice and extended my check-out to 2 o'clock. I recommended the butter sticky cakes on the first floor. I bought three packs and took them home. There is an outlet next to it.
