The hotel facilities are quite complete, with a self-service laundry room. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The surrounding environment is nice, but the hotel itself is quite far from the subway station, requiring a certain distance to walk or cycle. On the last day, for some reason, the air conditioner was leaking badly, and I almost slipped and fell when I woke up because I didn't see it clearly. However, I contacted the staff, and they dealt with it promptly. I'll give them a good review.

Environment: Excellent, clean and comfortable, convenient transportation nearby, free parking.

I can't believe such a terrible hotel exists. Aside from the relatively friendly receptionist, there's really nothing else redeeming about it. The bathroom facilities are outdated, the air conditioner is noisy, and there's an unidentified object lying on the stairs that no one has cleaned up. The rooms and hallway smell awful, and the breakfast server was clearly just playing on their phone. Giving this a bad review wouldn't be an exaggeration.
