Pros: The hotel offers airport and Disneyland shuttle services. The morning shuttle to Disney is at 7:20 AM – if you have an early entry pass, I'd recommend finding your own way there. The evening return shuttle adjusts its time based on the Disney fireworks; on my day, it was at 10:20 PM. There's popcorn in the lobby, and the breakfast tasted good. The best part, though, was the late-night congee service after returning from Disney. After a tiring day, having some congee was really comforting. They also had meat buns and red bean buns. The hotel isn't far from Chuansha Station, but getting to the city center takes about an hour and more than a dozen stops. There's a convenience store downstairs and a Lawson across the street, which is quite convenient. The front desk service was excellent; they met every request and solved every problem.
Hope the hotel continues to improve!
Rooms were tidy clean n spacious ( certain confirmation is different) mine happen to be a corner,which was good.
It's about a 20-minute drive to both Pudong Airport and Disneyland.
It's not far from Chuansha subway station, but if you're specifically going to Disneyland, I don't recommend taking the subway as it's quite a roundabout route.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus at 7:20 AM and 10:20 PM, which is great. You can also book airport transfers to and from Pudong Airport in advance.
## Dining:
There are plenty of places to eat nearby, plus a shopping mall, making it convenient to order takeout.
## Room Amenities:
The vanity, shower, and toilet are all separate, providing good wet/dry separation. The water pressure in the shower is excellent; just be careful with the showerhead direction when you turn on the hot water so you don't spray yourself.
There's a small desk by the window against the wall, and the accompanying chair is very practical. The overall space isn't huge but it's quite functional.
There's a full-length mirror, a clothesline for drying, and the AC temperature is sufficient. There are reading lights by the bed and a desk lamp. The coat rack is also ample. In short, it has everything you need.
## Staff Service:
The staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent – very patient, and they speak gently and clearly. There's a pick-up and drop-off service for check-ins, and I heard there's free porridge available at the front desk restaurant on the second floor in the evenings, along with complimentary fitness and laundry services.
Hygiene: Extremely clean.
Environment: Absolutely perfect! 😍
Service: Very thoughtful. The female manager and female front desk staff are truly exemplary of a five-star hotel. This place is the top-tier in Chuansha. Fantastic, fantastic. Incredibly good.
