The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right outside the door. Excellent transport links. Definitely worth staying! The staff were all on point!

Whenever I visit Shanghai for Disney, I always stay here. The hotel is right next to Kangqiao Metro Station, and it's just a 30-minute ride to Disneyland. There are fast-food options and coffee shops nearby. Even though it's transitioned from Atour to now Mi Yi, the service quality remains consistently excellent. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any issues.

Facilities: The bathroom is a bit small, and the ventilation isn't very effective, plus it's quite noisy.

Service: Proactive, enthusiastic, and warm.

Late-night congee: After a tiring day, a hot bowl of congee with some side dishes is incredibly comforting.

Extremely satisfied! I'll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Disney! The subway entrance right outside is super convenient, and the hotel even offers a shuttle bus to Disney, which saved us a lot of effort and time. The room's interior is also well-decorated, and I particularly liked the large mirror and vanity – very convenient for sharing with family. There's a wide variety of takeout options nearby; our KFC and Xiao Yang Sheng Jian breakfast orders arrived quickly.

The service was very welcoming; they even offered tea upon check-in. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, making travel very easy. They also have a shuttle service to Disneyland. Plus, they offer late-night congee. Overall, a really great stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. My customers gave us so many precious feedback about your hotel. The pillow was comfy. Deep sleep technology. Breakfas was yummy. Location is convenient. A metro station is just infront of the hotel. SNIEC and Desnay r very near. Thank you. I totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

Service: The service attitude was excellent.

Disneyland Resort shuttle service: The hotel shuttle service was very convenient for transfers. After a tiring day at the park, it was so relaxing to just hop on the shuttle and be dropped off right at the hotel entrance.

Late-night porridge: There was complimentary porridge and side dishes available at 9:30 PM.

I was very satisfied with the service, including the front desk staff and the security guard in the elevator. The hotel room felt bright and spacious as soon as I entered. It's incredibly close to the subway station; you're right at the hotel entrance after getting off the subway. The transportation is super convenient. If I get the chance to visit Shanghai again, I'll definitely book this hotel.
