Much nicer than hongkong disney because of the 4D technology

We stayed here for one night during our visit to Shanghai Disneyland and had a mixed experience overall.

There was an issue at check-in where the room type we had booked (Magic Kingdom Suite) was not available. The front desk team was apologetic and did their best to assist, but we were ultimately accommodated in a club level room instead.

The club level was a highlight, especially for breakfast, which we really enjoyed. However, our room had a construction view, which was really disappointing.

The rooms are well themed and work well for a Disney stay, but they are not a luxury experience. We also did not receive turndown service during our stay.

Food options on property were just okay and felt somewhat limited.

This hotel is a good choice if your priority is proximity to the park and the Disney experience. However, if you are expecting a more elevated or luxury-style stay, this may fall short.

I was traveling with my 3 children and we all had a very good time and staff was very nice and customer service was excellent. Room service was prompt and amenities were also excellent along with ferry from DisneyTown easy access to hotel without having to walk to bus. The included 1hr early entry to Disney was great. Room was spacious we stayed on ground floor and they gave us a late checkout to rest before we departed for Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and well maintained. Pool is tiny and shallow. Not good value for money although service is excellent. Breakfast extremely pricey. Convenient location for visiting Disney Resort. We had 2 children with us and there wasn’t enough bathrobes etc for both.

That is really expensive hotel but the quality is prefect from hotel friendly staff to the things they provide. Will recommend to all family trip especially for younger kids and elderly.

Beautiful decorated art-deco’ hotel. The hall especially is a piece of craft. Rooms are so-so: nice decorations, comfortable beds, but a bit small and the bathroom is ridiculously cheap, with a tiny bathtub probably designed for the 7 dwarfs. Breakfast is way overpriced and the service is average. The pool is nicely decorated as well, but they do not provide pool slippers and the shower rooms are without a proper place to change clothes, no benches, so that we had to go back to the room to take a proper shower…😒 They should more promotions for Disneyland given the cost of stay. Once i a lifetime (at least in Shanghai), not to be repeated.

The hotel staff were attentive to our needs and made sure that our stay was almost magical! We loved every detail in the room and how it feels to be a child again 🥲 will definitely come back coz it’s the best choice u can ever make if you’re going to Disneyland! The hotel buffet was a yum too! Not to mention 1h advance entry and shuttle bus made a world of difference! Thank you Disneyland Hotel 💗

Donald Duck Theme Room is slightly pricey compared to other room but Trip.com always provides the best offer with price match. I’m glad to score the room with best deal and my girl enjoyed herself at the mini bed with Donald’s nephews!! the room also compliments a few items to bring home. Highly recommended for Donald lover!!!
